The way I was just treated at this place is absolutely unacceptable. A first it went okay. But they do something confusing. One girl approaches she doesn't say whether or not she's your waiter or just some random person she asked you what would you like you tell her what you like fine. Then another person approaches she like hey look what would you like and and I tell her that another person just asked me the same thing and I asked her or you my server, she's like yeah, like well somebody already asked me what I would like, Because I told her what I would like already. But I said okay you know I want XYZ. No explanation given no hey sorry for the confusion none of that. So then when it's time to go I'm used to it most places you go up to the podium you pay the person sitting at the podium. I express to the young lady hey you know I've never been here before I'm not sure how your arrangement is, do I pay up here or do I pay in another way cuz I'm ready for the bill, with a nasty attitude she goes no you don't pay up there with him He's just a host I'll take care of it. I kind of chuckle because I instantly knew I would never return again. Not to mention that the food is not really good. And I almost forgot to mention. Did not offer to refill my water even once.

The food was in the middle of the road. Had a big breakfast and the bacon sat for a while. So when they try to warm it they burnt it.No butter on toast. Eggs not over medium. Just really disappointed it used to be such a great place.

Decided to check it out on our visit to St Louis since it came recommended. Pretty standard breakfast fair, but it was all really fresh and well prepared! The coffee was a local brew and delicious too. Portions were really large for the price. Though it took longer to get seated than expected. Definitely try to join the wait-list ahead of time to get seated more quickly! The parking lot filled up really fast and stayed pretty full, so be prepared to park on the street and walk.

Waitress and staff were friendly, but I have no clue how the food is rated this high.Food was served on cheap plastic plates and came out cold. Pancakes were nothing special and were stuck to the plate, like they had been sitting quite a while. Southwestern egg bowl was covered in cheap cold salsa and hash browns were undercooked. Look elsewhere for great food.

Our pancakes were dry, and the grits, something for the 1 year olds to eat, were terrible. The primary reason for the celebration was still wonderful. But everything else, the wait, the crowded dining area, the time it took to get our food, for the most part, took away from the celebration. All of it just added to the main reason I voted this restaurant visit down. There were only five adults and four children in our party. The ages of the children, two sets of twins, were 6, 6, and 1, and 1. The server added a 20% tip to our check. We always give 22 - 25% when we dine out, but find it is appalling when a restaurant decides they should make that decision for us. In all actuality, we did not have a large party. The 1 year old were only 1 pounders at birth, so they are both tiny and still unable to eat solid food. We gave no indication that we would not tip. They ended up doing themselves a disservice, and they did us one as well. We will not be going back.

Very tasty breakfast! Had some French toast (without powdered sugar), eggs over hard, and bacon. Also a delicious glass of OJ. No photos, sorry! My friend and I were chatting away and I just didn't think about it. I did feel it was a little crowded, but I understand they're often packed and they're trying to serve as many people as possible. I just would prefer more space between tables.Parking: The parking lot was absolutely packed on a weekday morning. A kind stranger pointed out a space to us--when we thanked her inside, she said she'd had to park down the street.
