Waited 45 mins just to find out my food that I had already paid for hadn’t even been sent back to cook. How does this happen ? Mind you I checked on my order 20 mins after I placed and was told not ready just yet but it never was even cooking . Ended up being there for the over a hour for a burger

The food was good and fast, but that’s not the issue I am having. The selection of music I thought was very disrespectful to the elders and children sitting in the restaurant while waiting on their food. Not only was it disrespectful, it was very loud. One rap song that was playing had so many “B”, “F”, and “P” words. It was ridiculous. Hopefully they will play better music to accommodate all of their patrons.

Ordered 3 wings and fries and a roll. Spent $10.16 for jacked up food. Wings were super small and warm at best, fries were cold. Just horrible and people were raving about them. I hate wasting my money on food the workers wouldn't even eat. My order number was 2123, Cashier name begins with M, Transaction 000016 at 12:18:37pm. On February 28, 2024

Horrible customer service, fried rice trash. You serve bell pepper raw in the chicken fried rice? You serve hot peppers In your veggie rice? Also i seen the cook talk to a Custer badly about her order. He couldn't take constructive criticism. Small portions of rice at a price 10.99 and it's not a complete half order? Never return again

I tried to call in for takeout but the phone wasnt working so i drove 20 minutes , waited in line for another 15 minutes just to be told at 6:36 pm that they wasnt taking no more orders. Never again will i patronize this business.

Went for the first time today ordered veggie fried rice it came in a big box but was not full it was literally one layer of rice at the bottom. Rice had no other veggies but onion and green peppers that were not sauteed then to my surprise cut up jalapeno??? I don't like jalapenos and that should have been under the menu description because St. Louis style rice does not have jalapenos. I feel like I was cheated out of $5.00 and probably won't be back. But if I do come back I will not order the fried rice.

Small inside location for such large volume of ppl. I'd will recommend calling your order in. Otherwise you'd wound up sitting in your car for food.My wait at the time was approx 20mins. But great places for food on the go, I Will eat here againParking: Lots of cars due to large volume of customers
