Being one of the last customers before closing can have you getting treated like the butt part of the bread ? You might get anything! My sister ordered chicken and shrimp pasta and a boil bag . Her pasta had NO MEAT thank God she checked before leaving. Secondly I ordered a boil bag with a extra cluster OVERCOOKED You can’t really enjoy overcooked crab legs they don’t crack right!!!! The sausage was over cooked and rubbery! You can tell we were they last customers like for real I won’t be back!!!! Disappointed is a understatement! The young lady that waited on us was nice however and the place was clean ?

Upon arrival they lost my order and I ordered online ahead of time…it was ready in 10 min the food was ok seasoning was good but I ordered the 2 for 40$ crab boil and the amount looks like its for one person and the crabs were super small def sticking to krab kingz I can pay a few $ more and get better qualityIts nothing more I dont like then a LIAR my order was under my name I paid for it and when I came to pick it up the lady at the counter asked my name I told her she couldnt find it…a man then came from the back an said he just saw the order, I didnt even talk with yall for 5 min she told me to wait 5 or 10 min so you all could remake the order when I came back in in 10 min it was ready. Yall never asked me was it under anyone elses name I know what I ordered an paid for we never spoke about no man ‼️ I guess u upset bc I said Krab kingz was better quality next time get your lie together or just admit u misplaced my order now have a blessed day ‼️

I ordered the shrimp boil platter and it was delicious. The Cajun butter was out of this world. I will definitely be back, maybe tomorrow. I called them to let them know how much I enjoyed my food.

I'm highly disappointed with my order. I can't believe this my first time coming to Cluster Busters and my food was served to me in a ice bag!! WOW! I don't know how to feel about this little baby cluster with 4 legs. Everyone else left great reviews with big juicy full crablegs. I thought I was going to get the same. Man I'm so disappointed and been craving this all week!!

I've been there 4x, the food was great, even tho my online order was wrong I still enjoyed it, but this last time I placed an order the older lady told me that they don't sell that. This was something I've ordered before.. long story short, when I picked up order I saw the dish I wanted, so I addressed it n the older lady says with an attitude, " I don't sell that anymore, I guess it was something he did for you". On top of the fact that for the first time, my order was less than usual, and wasn't as good.

It took 1 hour to make a shrimp and chicken pastaAnd when I got itIt was all runny and didn't have any chicken or shrimp in itPasta had the worst flavor ever
I had cluster buster for the first time and they had a 25$ Deal and I can truthfully say that everything was delicious and it was just enough for me fresh hot and delicious

I ordered my food over the phone yesterday for pick up. When I got there people were waiting for their food and she was saying they on hold because they ran out of shirmp.( Should tell people instead of just taking their order) Well I ordered two of 2 for $50 deals and there was not a 1/2 pound of shrimp in them and one of them didn't have any at all. I'm mad because I wasted $100 on that food which wasn't what I was supposed to get according to their ad. I'm giving no stars but you have to pick one.

After getting the run around going to locations that didn't exist, no phone numbers where they can be reached, then I finally get there, ordered the seafood pasta, didn't have any lobster Nor could they put any crab meat in it So I was forced To get the shrimp pasta It was horrible for $16 was a waste of my time and my money never again

This place deserves NO STARS. Soon as I got done eating the food my stomach IMMEDIATELY started reacting to it. Look up 5 hours later I’m throwing up the sauce that was on my food.
