A couple months ago they messed up my order twice. A week later they messed up my order 3 times. Today they messed it up twice. Each time they mess up the order it's some guy in the day shift there. He just throws it all bag in the bag along with your old cold sides and doesn't even say anything.The chicken was very old, chewy, and dry, the chips smashed up and not replaced with new ones.Many times they will take your rewards card number but not actually enter it on there, other times they won't ask for it.Garbage place in the daytime I'd advise driving further to another shop or just eating something else. There's a reason barely anyone goes to this one.

Unlike any location I've ever visited! In the BEST way!! Due to every other location I've ever been to, CBW has put a bad taste in my mouth with this constant fear that there will ALWAYS be something wrong with my order. ALWAYS. HOWEVER, this location completely changed the game. 1. The day before, the weather outside felt like a warm spring day. So i'm assuming that's why the a/c was on full blast inside, but of course MO likes to hit us with a fake out and the night I went it felt like winter again. So we kindly asked the manager if there was something he could do. So it adjusted it and it felt so much more comfortable to sit inside their little establishment. Thank you! 2. There was a poke bowl option available on the menu that I had never seen before so I wanted to be adventurous and try something new. I was a little hesitant since I was potentially ordering raw fish at a place that, for me, was known for always messing up my order and could potentially give me food poisoning, but I took a chance, and HOLY SMOKES! It was full of flavor, not too much rice (thank you!!), got my order correct, and had table service??? Amazing! At other locations they make you get up so it was a nice touch. I want to preface again that this location completely changed the game and I will for sure make the drive to this one when i'm craving some good eats and great service! (with only two people working BTW!! you hard work does not go unnoticed!)

Will only let you order at a kiosk. The kiosk froze 3 times. As I was dealing with it and asking for help and to just order with the person working. A couple came in and they took their order right away. Discrimination because I was with 3 kids is inexcusable.

This was my first visit to this new CBW location. I eat at various Crazy Bowls and Wraps locations quite often, and am used to some variability in the quality of the food and service, and had been going to the previous Creve Coeur location since the earliest days of this growing chain. Unfortunately, my experience here ranks near the bottom of the barrel. There was literally no personal interaction with employees. We were not greeted upon arrival, and the only option was to order at the kiosk. Employees behind the counter did not even acknowledge us or each other, and food was dropped off at our table without a word or greeting. It's a tiny, sterile restaurant, obviously not designed for any kind of comfort. CBW obviously chose this location for the drive-through, but gave literally no thought to the visitor experience inside. CBW is a fine choice, but if you're dining in, skip this location.

Bad lettuce. I spent most of my time picking out bad lettuce once I got done I barley had any lettuce left. Chicken was undercooked I had to pick out half of that as well. I’ll still to going to my regular locations I usually go to this one is not it.

I came there the other day with my mom and 2 of my friends while visiting St. Louis, where I was originally from and I love all the healthy and organic options. I had the poke bowl from there and it was delicious. The ahi tuna was my favorite part and I hated when it was gone. My mom used to take me and my siblings there when we were kids and I remember my mom feeding me the curried rice bowl. It was so good. I've always loved curry even as a little kid.
We have been going to the new Crazy Bowls and Wrap at Olive and 141 since they opened. We always carry out. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is delicious and always fresh However last Monday I had a Cesar chicken bowl. As we were eating in our kitchen I bit a piece of chicken and felt something cut me and my mouth was bleeding. It was a sharp squared bone. We continued eating and I got another bone. I immediately called and supposably spoke with a manager. He apologized and took all my contact information. I have never heard a word. No phone call or email. I thought the owner would have called to check on me or offer something Nothing!

I really enjoyed my meal the “Power Bowl” with Salmon and a Crunchy Chicken Bites side. Lucky’s customer service was awesome. This is a fairly new location and the food was great, it was peaceful, and clean.

This was my first time in many years coming back to crazy bowls & wraps. I ordered teriyaki with the noodles and chicken my order came to $13.85. The young lady in drive-thru gave me the wrong order and the lid was not properly on my food. It spilled in the bag . She didn't give me my change back. I had to go back to the store to get it! The food taste bland, nasty, cold and it was cold! I will not come back. The steak was dry and it's too many big vegetables mix in bowl. So disappointed had high hopes for crazy bows and waps!

On 4/24 Sat in drive through for 10 minutes. Nothing but crickets. I’m not the only one who misses kimcheese already.
