Not one single worker had on gloves. They beat the dough bare handed, put the toppings on bare handed and move from work station to work station without sanitizing their hands before they come back to the original workstation, this is ridiculous. And quite disgusting. You should be wearing gloves if you are in a place of business preparing people's food. Or you could at least have a workstation where you can sanitize your hands before making food and then going to the cash register and then going back to making food or things like that. They did not do any of that. I didn't see that one person washed their hands from going from station to station. I hate to say that I had paid for my food before I picked it up and didn't notice until after I got my food that no one even had on any gloves while they're preparing everyone's food. Needless to say, I will not be ordering Domino's anymore. Make sure you pray over your food and make sure they are wearing gloves.

We ordered three pizzas and two brownies, food was fine except for the brownies they were burnt to a crisp on top and bottom of the brownies. Called the store and they were very rude and disrespectful about the issue. First they told us to take a picture of the food we said ok no problem then they said no they wasn't replacing anything at all. Asked for the district manager phone number and was denied the number but was told they would have them call us.worst experience over a brownie. Not like I was trying to get the whole order replaced just the burnt brownie. Poorest customer service ever.

I went last Friday and it was delicious, first time ever going to that location and having dominoes in YEARS. Well my kids asked for pizza again today so I go and get a L two topping same hand tossed crust. It did not taste the same, it was real doughy and wasn't cooked long enough. When I went to pick it up it only had pepperoni no sausage. The lady did go bk and put sausage on it for us. It just still wasn't as good this time. Idk why it was soooo doughy, the crust was not this fat last time. I got an aftertaste in my mouth ?

They always get the order right, but a lot of times they just put in the dominos tracker that the food's ready but I'm still waiting 15min on wings or pasta when I get there.

Was waiting for my order for 3 hours had to cancel it then when I called the manager gone say won’t any drivers be in till another hour & 30 mins I’ll never order from this place again

Never again will we support Domino's Pizza Bellefontaine Neighbors! We ordered 5 pizzas at 7pm tonight. Waited in line for over 25 mins just to get to the window for the manger to tell me that "IM LOOKING FOR YOUR ORDER"! Looking for my order??? Huh u lost my order or what's going on here? Then she proceeds to say "WE GOTTA NEW CREW IN HERE" then she walks away and tells me she has 3 out of my 5 pizzas ready and if I wanted to wait I would have to go wait in the BACK OF THE LINE and wait! Never again! And don't even support them worst experience ever!

I am mad that I had to give them a one they don’t deserve that one star. I am so darn frustrated bought two pasta primavera and two spicy pineapple jalapeños chicken boneless chicken. The pasta literally had maybe six pieces of spinach each and one had two mushrooms and the other had one very small one. The chicken was cooked to the point it was very dried out one step from being burnt. I guess they think that money grow on trees or their food is very cheap. I called to speak with manager and held the phone for countlessminutes until they closed for the night. They can’t give me free pizza or anything else from this location. Lewis and Clark location. I will call the corporate office bright and early I want our $30+ back. I love it when they play the let me sit and wait game. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will definitely get a resolution to a major problem. To the manager you need to upgrade your management skills.

You have to try the Brooklyn style pizza! The only thing thats keeping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that I had to wait over 30 minutes past my order time and my pretzels were overcooked
