I abandoned my food order. The woman making the food had 3\\\" long fake nails sticking through her gloves and was handling the food with her nails like they were tiny kitchen tongs. I'm disgusted.

Combo stand of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. I didn't have much time between flights and there are few options beside sit down in the terminal. Someone ahead of me ordered ice cream. It was just about 8:30 and a guy started yelling, "it's 8:30, ice cream is done" The woman doing ice cream asked those in line who wanted ice cream to raise their hands and she would do it, just ice cream, no toppings. Guy kept saying it was 8:30 and ice cream closed. Also refused to do lattes, only plain hot coffee and donuts. They were losing a lot of sales. When I checked out it was only 8:36. Guess they close at 9 but no reason to stop selling at 8:30. Must have wanted to close and leave right at 9. Its an airport, we do not have a wide variety of choices. Do to delays, I had not had a chance to eat anything prior to my previous flight and was leaving shortly on my next flight.

Supposed to be open until 9. They closed down at 8:40 despite still having donuts on the shelf. Employees either throwing them out or taking them for themselves instead of trying to sell them. Hopefully STL will kick them out and bring in a company that will actually serve the visitors of the airport.

Stopped serving coffee 1hr before closing. It is 8:17pm and they are closing.A bag was left and they moved it to the outside of the gate so they can close…….

The service shows to close at 9pm, but at 8pm I was told they will not serve any more lattes or frozen items. The manager didn’t seem to care for providing customer service, but the other employee did try. We can see now why the poor reviews keep coming.
Regular... I probably get what I order coffee wise 2 out of 5 times and the food and price I can deal with being the airport, but the employee are rude. I've debated writing a review for a while today marked the day...

Both sandwich and avocado toast were not even warmed up, but were supposed to be toasted. Just because the line is long, doesn’t mean it is a good place, it is just the timing of flights.

The website says they close at 9, my flight has been delayed many times and I was waiting until closer to their closing to get a coffee but they randomly closed well before 9 and then got an attitude when I asked about closing time. They said they close when they want.

Is it just me, or was anybody else turkey eggs and cheese croissant cooked in a fiery oven and came out burnt? What’s going on here? The line was semi-long but going fast. I also asked for little ice in my latte, but my cup was full of ice. Never again
