We went all out tonight since we just received our yearly bonuses. This is the first time we went for a 5 course chef designed meals and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed every bite. We also order wine pairing- that is a lot more wine than we are used to . We really enjoy everything and thanks for an unforgettable experience.

Everything is so fresh and homemade! Each course was amazing starting with the beef carpaccio with some whipped cheese that I could have drank. The pasta and fish were some of the best I’ve had in St. Louis. Looking forward to doing the chef tasting menu next time!!

The fish was so fresh, the staff had taken a fishing trip the week before to stock up. Everything was delicious, and the staff is always super friendly. I highly recommend the lemon/prosecco bubbly cocktail and snapper. Empanada were pretty amazing too.

Our experience tonight at Farmhaus was exceptional. We were a party of 6 with a toddler. The toddler was having a little issue and we were considering giving up and heading back home. The manager Curt was so accommodating and did whatever he could to help our little guy get past his little tantrum. Our waitress Lindsey and helper Britney were amazing at making things go smoothly. On top of all this exceptional service was wonderful food. The beef carpaccio, beef empanada, seafood crudo and every dish was just right. Our sincere thanks to Curr, Lindsey and Brittney for making us feel at home. Thank you!

Service was attentive, everything we ordered was very good(cheesy bread (portion seems a little small but it was delicious), butternut squash soup, braised beef empanadas, duck breast and steak), drink program is a little behind what we've seen at other local spots, especially in this price range(it's a little pricey considering other options in the city with equal to greater offerings), but I was pleased with each drink we ordered. Overall, a good, albeit pricey, option that feels dated when you walk in but the food speaks for itself, and in the end that's really all we should care about.

I did a bit of research on top chefs in Saint Louis for a trip in October and found Farmhaus and I am very glad I did. Chef Kevin Willmann is doing fantastic dishes and supporting local farms. The restaurant is very cozy with simple yet elegant look and feel perfect for a date night or a special celebration. I believe the menu changes regularly depending on what is fresh and in season (seafood, meat, veggies etc). I cannot say enough about the service either. From the minute you step in the door the staff is incredibly nice and helpful with recommendations. The Chef was even nice enough and took time on a busy Friday evening to come by our table to say hello and see how we were enjoying the food.

I recently attended a Friendsgiving dinner at Farmhaus and while the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, the experience fell short of expectations. The service, unfortunately, was notably slow, which affected the overall enjoyment of the evening. It took an extended period for our orders to be taken and the food to arrive, which slightly dampened the festive mood. When the dishes finally arrived, the presentation was pleasing, but regrettably, the flavors didn't quite live up to the anticipation. The apps were somewhat underwhelming as well--while they appeared appetizing, they lacked the depth of flavor and seasoning. Despite the slow service and somewhat lackluster meal, the dessert offered a glimmer of hope and was tasty!

Recently enjoyed a family dinner to celebrate an anniversary at Farmhaus. We were graciously provided a glass of bubbly to toast to the occasion. The table decided to do the Chef's Pre Fixe meal and wine pairings. While we were excited to try this menu, we have decided it seems a bit overpriced. Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious, the freshly made butternut squash agnolotti was great. The 2nd course of flounder was fantastic and the tri-tip steak was also very good. But we believe ordering apps and entrees from the menu would have been the better option. The wine pairing of 3 glasses of wine is priced about right. Will definitely go back, but won't be ordering the Chefs Pre-Fixe menu.

Hadn’t been to Farmhaus for a decade. Doesn’t get any better. Wonderful neighborhood spot that seems to have become an anchor for revival of the area. Great to see so many shops open and so many people out and about. Great job Kev! #kgrease #revitilizationhero #farmtotable #

This place was amazing! The vibe was chill, great for date night, or just a night out to enjoy some wonderful food and drinks. We did make reservations as it was a Friday night and wasn't sure how busy they normally are. We were seated immediately and our server came over to take our drink orders. I had a glass of wine. We opted for the a la carte menu and started with the braised beef neck empanadas. They were excellent! You can tell they were freshly made and had really good flavors. For my entrée, I had the black Angus prime ribeye. It was prepared to my liking and was served over smashed sweet potatoes and green beans. Quite delicious and filling. Of course, the night was not complete without a dessert. And I ended up getting a semifreddo served with strawberry meringues. To die for! Service was wonderful from the moment we were seated to the time we left. Our server was lovely and we were checked on a few times by the host, he even stopped to chat about their offerings. It was easy to tell they are passionate about what they do here. I obviously cannot sing enough praises about this place and I cannot wait until my next visit here. If you haven't been, go... now!

It's a bit tight, the only non-alcoholic drink I saw was water, and the portions a bit small. That said. GREAT place. The food was excellent. Great service. I will visit this restaurant again!Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Not really.

My wife and I came here for our 6th anniversary. We had gone to Ivanhoe Sno shaved ice which is attached to Bubba's Deli a number of times. We had never realised that Farmhaus was on the same block. It is a relatively quiet area with a handful of bars and restaurants spread across Ivanhoe. Babe's Tavern, Vinnie's Italian Beef, and Pizza a Go Go are just north of Farmhouse. It is actually a nice bock that we will come back to and try out some more restaurants. At Farmhaus we went ahead and did the pre fixe menue and wine pairing. The three courses were a pasta dish with roasted tomatoes (very good), a fish dish (good), and then a steak dish with broccoli and roasted onions (outstanding). The wine pairings were a proseco and then two red wines. The wine with the steak was dryer than we would normally drink but worked very well with the meal. For dessert we got Chocolate Pot De Crème which as its name suggests is a "pot of custard." Think a chocolate creme brulee but without the carmalized sugar crust. The service was attentive and helpful, making a reservation was easy to do online, and the atmosphere was intimate. Since it was our anniversary they also gave us an extra class of proseco. I could not have been happier with the service. Overall it was a great anniversary dinner. The one drawback was that it was relatively expensive. With tip the bill for two ran over $300. A big chunk of that was the wine pairing. In retrospect we should have just done one glass per course and split it between the two of us. There is an a la cart menu which would be more affordable for those not wanting to go all out.

I did the chefs tasting - perfect portion sizes. It's the best of ingredients you know well but turns up to 11. The building is fine. Trust me you won't even note that you'll be too busy with taste to notice. Street parking is plentiful. Place got mildly loud about 7:30. We could still have a solid convo just 6-7 we had the place mostly to ourselves. Service was that perfect like of attentions without being hover-y. They will happily split checks. You gotta call for reservations but then the email back (hold onto the email for r/s or your second reservation b/c there will be a second).

As always this restaurant never disappoints. We head there for special occasions. The atmosphere remains exactly the same for years but the focus is the food! Staff is very good and set out to please. Very personable. As always, thank youParking: This restaurant is in a neighborhood. Street parking only
