I've always loved Grand wok, the food there is always good and portions are okay, but after getting them delivered a few times I have to give it two star review, delivery takes forever!!!

Great Chinese takeout. Food was ready on time, hot, and very tasty. Priced reasonably. Will be back.Parking: Free street parking on Grand, but only right in front of the restaurant

I literally would not eat Chinese food from anywhere else, this was my go too for 7-8 years, until I found a dead roach floating in my pot sticker juice???? I literally threw up my food and have never went back!

I use to think this place was okay but this happen 2 yrs ago.!So door abt this king rant but I’ll never step foot in there because of what happen. I was in the Jack in box drive thru all the sudden I felt a seizure coming on, i couldn’t reverse, didn’t even order Food I’ve hard 2 other seizures months prior .,So the feeling was all To familiar. I was lucky I could feel them before hand enough time where I could tell someone and sit or lay. I didn’t even stop at the window . My cell phone just happen to be dead. It was around 8 pm and the inside was closed . My main concern was to pull back in to the jack n box lot and park. I lived 5 minutes on Gasconade.,i couldn’t risk killing someone bc it had a seizure behind the wheel I banged jack in the box door dsaying please please can you let pls call this number and tell my husband I’m going to have a seizure pick me up here he don’t answer numbers he don’t know.?. It wasn’t her fault I couldn’t hold up there phone she was nice enough to do that much. Maybe people thought I was over reacting but when you wake up on the floor not remembering your name . Where u are or nothing . I knew the owner across the alley at the Grand Wok since I worked at Walgreens years ago. When I saw the group of Asian guys in the back if the restaurant I thought thank God can use there phone to blow up my husbands phone, I begged them to help me , at this point my hearts beating . Call 911 please do something . I felt so dizzy I was spinning I knew I was gonna fall and bust my head so I ran sat in my car, knew if I didn’t sit I would be on the ground. These men probably didn’t speak English but cld Tell this was an emergency. This all happened within 10 -1 5 minutes span. As I was sitting in my car with the door open trying to decide what to do a man with tattoos head to toe was walking down south grand towards Bates. I honestly thought he would be the last person. To help me. But he walked to me and said are you ok I said please help me . I need a phone to call my husband . the Guys behind Chinese rest still all smiling drinking and laughing maybe not at me. the nice man he turned out to be my angel and waited with me .I didn’t have a gran mal seizure but one big enough That I had missing time. I don’t remember the drive home or anything else for about 2 hours then the memories come back flooding in . This review isn’t directly about Grand wok but these men where friends with ppl there that own it So You can eat there if you want but I hope and pray you don’t need any emergency situation, choking or having a stroke or need to call 911 . And J. Lopez you shouldn’t allow friends to drink outside your restaurant and basically laugh at someone that needs help not sure why you didn’t come out. Whoever these men were they probably would have watched me drop dead and still be laughing. But Karma will get them one day. I don’t understand people these days .My sons would never just sit and laugh at someone who needed help, bc they were raised to have compassion. it’s also called common sense , home training. I’m sorry for my rant . This was 2 years but felt like yesterday.?

worst meal I have ever eaten. the chicken was hard, it was salty, and they refused to give me my money back. all they did was agree to cook me another meal SOME OTHER time.. USUALLY , I love this place but not this time. WORST EVER!!!

TRIP OFF DEZE STRAINS

They change prices and owners every quarter but keep the same people. They will overcharge your credit or debit card so be careful. Very hostile when questioned about the MSG they added. The old cooking oil they're using to fry the rice with. Very unethical, I would not think twice of this place.

Wow has this place declined!! It’s been 5 yrs since I’ve last had Grand Wok and they had the best Rangoon in south city and their food was terrific!Today 1/20/23 3:00pmSweet sour chicken combo ragoonStrawberry chicken combo egg rollFirst the chicken was so over cooked it was dry and so tough. The ragoon is barely filled and the rice omg is so stale soggy sticky glob. It had absolutely no flavor and in the 2 orders we had in our combos we had 4 pork pieces. You raise the prices to $8.95 give less quality and the worst Chinese I’ve had.
