Hot fries, but cold hard chicken sandwich, the receipt rang up right, but forgot lettuce also, just spend way too much money for food to be cold dry and hard, the fries did taste good though luckily, was clean fryer oil but overall dissatisfied with my meal bc of the sandwich

So we went to this Hardee’s on Saturday March 31st at around 5pm with no customers to be seen anywhere. When we walked in we observed a gentleman wearing the outfit sitting on top of the table. And nobody behind the counter at that time. When we were at the counter about 4 employees came out of an office and continued to stare at us like we were doing something wrong and none of them actually greeted us at all. The coworker I was with ordered a large drink but they ended up getting confused by the order and didn’t know how to run a credit card. After they finally finished charging his card it was my turn. I decided I’d just get a drink too because I didn’t see any food prepared and was worried it would take forever so I can’t speak on how the food was personally. They didn’t seem to be happy to have a job let alone be happy they had customers. I paid with cash to which they shorted me $5 but I caught it before I left and the lady I spoke with wanted to argue that she gave me a 5. But I was supposed to get $17 back not $12. Then she looked at me like I was stupid. After we left there my coworker had 2 charges on his credit card for the drink $2.19 then he had another charge he didn’t place worth $14 which he will dispute that with his bank rather go back and argue with them. What should’ve been a quick in and out visit since we only got 2 drinks turned into a 15 minute visit. Anyone going here needs to be careful and count your cash and watch what they’re doing with you credit cards.

Btk the food critique here todo what I do an critique well the gravy was diff than a y other Hardee's I been to was jus bland gravy no sausage at all ,the burritos was good no porkchop biscuit or steak biscuit like wth really goin on these days

The food was fast but not fresh , came out sloppy and smashed, perhaps it was due to the "cook just getting done smoking weed, and reading of it. How is working high any different from being drunk? The atmosphere is filled with homeless men talking to each other about drugs and trades...every table is greasy. I feel sorry for the one sober employee she may as well be flying solo. This place has really gone downhill.

Horrible service! Ŵe was asked to pull around and wait for the food which was fine but after waiting about 10 minutes a young female worker came out with an attitude asking what we are waiting on. We gave her the order 2 meals and she came out with one meal and said if it’s wrong to pull around and come in which we did. Thankfully the manager got our food and the crew together.

This is a very fast and clean Hardee’s the employees were friendly and got my tacos fast. I would suggest this place to anyone in a quick bite to eat. Lots of burgers and excellent fry’s. WillBe back.

Drive thru line had to be shut done due only 3 employees working today. I cant blame the employees for having an attitude once you come inside. Over worked is very unacceptable these days. 16 cars in the drive thru. 10 people on the inside 25 customers left inside and outside.

The big breakfast and sticky cinnamon buns were prepared quickly. Delicious at a very reasonable cost. The store and bathroom were clean. The staff was pleasant.
