You legit cannot make this stuff up.. I was told to move up they are waiting on French fries..okay not a problem.. process to wait until he brings me my bag and says be careful the fires are hot... I legit open the bag to find fries that look to have been cooked hours ago and funny part was they were COLD!! LHH what is wrong with people.

Ordered at the counter. Asked not no mayo or tomato on my Frisco and no lettuce on my tacos. Burger did have no tomato or mayo but also had no cheese. The tacos had lettuce on them. I also ordered a combo with the burger and the man forgot to put fries in the bag and I had to go back to the counter before leaving to get those.
My chicken wraps were practically raw on the inside. :( The kids' strips meals were just fine. They gave me the kids meals first. I had to wait a bit for the rest of my order, which included the wraps. My guess is the strips for the wraps just weren't cooked long enough. The lady working the window was very, very nice.

All of my sausage patties were burned black and I was charged $10 for 2 sausage/egg biscuits which should have been 2/$5! Won't return to this location!!!

I'm at work and can't leave. So I order Hardee's thru Doordash. What you see is what I received. I also ordered and extra order of hashbrowns and those were not sent. I did get a small credit from door dash but when I called Hardee's to talk to them, because they are the ones that made this. The person who answered hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone. I will not order from them again.
