A few days ago we went to the Hardees in Kirkwood,Mo. on Big Bend Blvd. We went inside to order we bought the soft taco's! We asked if we could have extra cheese he said no problem! The person that waited on us was the new store manager Jim. He was just amazing & made our visit awesome! Thank You..Jim! Your The Best! "They Always Go The Extra Step!!

I’ve ordered the Super Star with Cheese twice in the last week, once when it was quiet, less than an hour to close and once peak hours. Fast food burgers never look like the photo and fall apart straight away but both times I got a great looking burger that held up first bite to last. Chicken tenders are also A+

Hardee's has really good burgers but they are a little overpriced. I took my daughter here the other day and she got a double thick burger that looked really good so I came back to try it myself and they not only got the order wrong but forgot to add my veterans discount on the bill which I asked for before they ran the card and then gave me the wrong food, sadly disappointed.

What a terrible experience. The manager Rosalynn had a major attitude and slammed the window on me for not notifying her st time of order I had a coupon then I called the store and she hung up on me. Terrible customer service and food was cold.

Food service was terrible, person at window was not professional, on the phone and when working inside was very unsanitary while forgetting details of our order. The burger I got tasted very off as well and was not good at all. I was pretty disappointed.
Employees were working their tasks off. Food was cold, it took very long to get a couple burgers, and our order was wrong.

I ordered the five beef tacos and a big five meal tacos were excellent chicken strips look like they have been sitting under the heat lamp for at least an extra hour hot fries excellent chicken strips were terrible but the the gentleman that served me at the window was excellent guy nice young man

I'll start by saying that I visited at what mush have been a slow time because I was the only one dining in and it didn't seem that there was anyone driving through. That said, the place was nearly spotless. The staff were quick to get to me and had my order ready in a couple minutes. The order was properly prepared and at my request for a whole bunch of ketchup, I finally had someone take me at my word. Usually, most places give me 5 packets instead of the usual 3. I'm wanting 10+, so I usually have to go to the counter a couple more times. My food tasted decent enough. I got some of the value items, so didn't expect much. But I left full and happy.

The person taking our order through the drive thru literally screamed at us because she couldn't hear us after 4 times of repeating our order. We continued, and she still conti used to be extremely rude and smart because she couldn't get our order. We gently kept repeating ourselves. Finally said just cancel our order and we left. Never returning.
