Delicious lunch! I had the ahi tuna on mixed greens with edamame, cucumbers, cilantro, & avocado with spicy mayo & sesame seeds. The tuna was excellent quality. Will definitely eat here again.

A trainee took care of me with no trainer in site. Took forever to make my bowl, wasn’t totally 100% on what the ingredients were (was confused when I asked for furikake), tried to give me the warm display cola, and then wasn’t sure how to cash me out, and asked me to wait 5 minutes to pay. Not his fault as he didn’t know what he was doing but why did they leave him on his own??? Made no sense. Train your employees!!! Food was okay. Not worth $20 but not terrible.Vegetarian options: Tofu

The food at this place is good. I have eaten here a handful of time but the service/ staff has a lot of improvement needed. I ate here about 1pm on 1/1/24. I stood there waiting for someone to come out of the back only to find a person sitting on their phone behind the counter. I asked her if she could help me and she asked with not the friendliest tone- Oh, are you ready now? She was pretty unpleasant through the whole experience. When I got back to my table, another person I was dining with mentioned they wanted to try Hello Poke but the person was so unfriendly and unavailable, they chose a different place to eat. The Foundry has a lot of options. Knowing these are all local places, I will be choosing a different spot next time that I will feel better about supporting.

I've eaten here two times. Both experiences good; however, it's worth noting that my second experience was better than the first. This is because the amount of toppings you get can fluctuate depending on who's serving you. The first time, I didn't get much fish even though I ordered the large portion. This wasn't ideal considering it's about $24 after tip (20% tip and I added seaweed salad which was an additional charge). The second time, the fish and toppings were notably more generous! I appreciated this because the large portion was filling (as expected). The ingredients are fresh, sauces are good, and selection is nice. But I wish the serving size didn't fluctuate.

Ate here while on a work outing at the foundry and it was just okay. Im not the biggest fish girl, but I got the teriyaki bowl and it was pretty dry and plain. I've definitely had better elsewhere, but then again I wasn't getting what they are known for. They were quick to make the found though so that was nice!

On my inaugural visit to the Foundry, I was drawn to Hello Poke amidst a sea of food options. I chose the chicken and brown rice bowl adorned with a medley of toppings with teriyaki sauce, which proved to be a flavorful choice. Complemented by the welcoming staff, the experience was a pleasant one.Vegetarian options: Tofu as a protein option

Saw some other people with poke when visiting the foundry and decided to get my dinner here! The staff was very kind and made my bowl quickly (which turned out amazing). I did love the fact that there was a vegan protein option, but the sauces are not labeled for allergens/dietary restrictions. I asked the staff if certain sauces had meat products in them and they were not sure. They offered to check the recipe, but there was a line and I felt bad asking so played it safe and got a sauce I knew the typical ingredients of. Would love to see more labeling on the menu to make allergens, diet restrictions, and other needs a little easier.

Fresh ingredients that are delicious and healthy! I had the salmon teriyaki with cucumbers and brown rice. Now I crave it. Wish I wasn’t 40 min from the location!

Very disappointed in consistency of proportions. I ordered a large that was supposed to be two scoops of protein and I only received what I would consider one scoop of protein. The employee deliberately covered the scoop only put two pieces of meat in the second scoop. The proteins should be weighed out to bypass human error and deliberate scamming of customers by employees. I even mentioned to the second employee that was checking me out about supposedly I was ordering a large but did not receive two full scoops of protein. The staff working clearly did not care. No one ever likes feeling cheated.
