Great food and service. Highly recommend the hook and reel spice with spicy sauce. The food was perfect and decently priced considering it's seafood. The men's restroom was a little subpar as far as cleanliness. The outside is in desperate need of some landscaping, grass and trees are overgrown. Normally I wouldn't care about these complaints but it's supposed to be a high end seafood restaurant so everything counts. Still recommend this place and I will definitely be returning!

Food was delcious and it waited was absolutely amazing. I was very surprised to see the restraint basically empty on a Friday night. We did crab legs, crew fish, lobster tail, sausage, corn and potatoes and also got drinks and steamed oysters with a spicy seasoned garlic butter and let me tell you I was in absolute heaven this was out friar time and I can say we will be back soon!

Atmosphere was sports like with all the TVs around the bar. Food served up hot, server was tossing the boil to coat as she was bringing it to table. Appetizer calamari was not lightly breaded as server stated, was squid fries and tentacles.

I've been to others of this chain and the food was better. Yes, we're not near in ocean so the seafood is not as freshas it could be, but understanding this the flavoring and the cost didn't seem to match up well. The service was exceptional. Everyone was great. The food just didn't live up to my previous expectations and experiences.

The inside showed signs of lack of help first of all. Food on the floor around tables that people had eaten from. I waited around 10 min. before someone helped me. Then I waited 15 minutes for my food after ordering. I payed 42.50 for 10 shrimp 1 over cooked small lobster tail that was tough to chew. And I will not be eating here anymore.Parking: Some of the people hug out around there car after eating.

My server was the best thing about my visit. There was an appetizer, cajun crab fries, that was too good. After the meal, my mouth was irritated by the amount of sodium in the meal. But, if you like a seafood boil, apparently, it's the place to go.

We were excited because it wasn't that busy on a Saturday night,We came in and I ordered a drink (Grinch)and calamari appetizer,a seafood crab and shrimp boil..The calamari came and it was 2 different types , like one was sticks ? and the other was "squid"looking but I was like it's ok . I'll try it, I assumed the sticks were cut rings, and they tasted ok . I was happy at first and then I ate one of the weird ones, about 10 minutes later my stomach was twisted and I ran to the bathroom to be sick.. But the bathroom was so nasty , flooded floors and toilets that I turned right back around and ran outside, I was sick in the parking lot... Came back in .. had them take the calamari away, my stomach was shook so I waited for the boil.. garlic butter , the potatoe settled my belly and I thought , ok. I can eat this... but .. The butter was actually an oil with overly seasoned sludge in it.. the crab legs wouldn't open because they were sitting in water too long, ( they get rubbery)Back outside.. sick again..Never touched my drink ?So about 70$ on a dirty restaurant with old food. I'm a seafood fanatic.. love a good boil.. But this was the absolute WORST food I've ever had , from New York, to Texas, to Florida and Alabama all over Missouri and Illinois... Congrats Hook and Reel you were the absolute WORST
