I ordered food over the phone and who ever took my order, told me it would be ready in 20 minutes! 20 minutes later, I literally live 1 street over so I walked there and spoke to one of their employees… I told her I was there to pick up an order and she immediately started giving me a disgusting attitude for no reason. I said I’m here to pick up an order and gave her my name! She literally said I don’t know when ur food is gonna be ready, with out even checking for my name or order and said the restaurant is closed. I said how can the restaurant be closed if I made an order 20 minutes ago! I went into the restaurant to see if I could talk to someone because of course I want my food or money back! and they told me and basically said I couldn’t come into the restaurant. eventually a manager came to speak to me and basically I got my money back! I recognized the manager as the women who took my order because she had the same voice! But they lied and said the couldn’t find my order but they were able to refund me! I don’t know what I did to deserve to be treated so poorly! I guess being a women has something to do with it and some women just don’t like other women! But I will never eat here again! I have a car so if I want food I can get it anywhere else! I would advice not to go there if u r an attractive women because they obviously have a problem treating women with respect! I literally made them mad with my presence I could feel it! But I give them 0 stars n hope karma will get them in the future! Even though I didn’t get justice at least I can speak up about how I was treated and I know people will know!

I placed an order over the phone with the automated system. 15 wings extra crispy with curly fries. Got home open the boxes and they gave me huge ALL DRUMS AND NOT WELL DONE. Now if I would've asked for all drums I wouldn't have gotten them.I HATE DRUMS. The chicken taste old. Fries were cold. I'm calling back to speak with a manger and of course NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. What a waste of $30 on food I can even eat. I'm so upset ?

We are leaving a one-star review due to a frustrating experience. Despite waiting over an hour to be seated, we understand it was a busy night. However, upon informing the host of our party of eight, the seating process was unpleasant. With her remarking, "Oh, that’s interesting." The hostess attempted to squeeze us into a small table meant for six. When requesting to move tables together, we were met with reluctance. In fact, I had to assist in moving the table and chairs to accommodate our group. The situation did not improve when the hostess called over another server to serve us, but she couldn't as she was double-sat. The hostess responded with a sassy, "Okay, fine. I guess I will." After finally being seated, it took 20 minutes for the hostess now our sever to take our drink and meal orders. Despite the drinks arriving promptly, our food was severely delayed—over two hours—with others who arrived after us being served and leaving before us. After speaking with the manager, only some of our meals arrived 30 minutes later, with three still missing, and the meals with wings were look warm. We had to remind them of our 3 missing orders. By the time our food came, the restaurant was closing, and we had to rush through our meals. The bill splitting process was also slow, with mistakes such as added items and missing fries on three plates, that we never ended up receiving.While the manager provided 50% off for the delayed meals, we were still left paying for rushed, incomplete meals, with one of us having to take theirs to-go. Additionally, an 18% gratuity was added to all checks without consent. At no point were we informed that gratuity would be automatically included. This further compounded our dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

This is the worse service I have ever had. we were in St. Louis for a 3 day tournament and on our last night we decided to do a team dinner here. We asked the waitress if we can split the bills by family and she was fine with that, I even told her that she would be getting tipped well for taking care of us. We were the first family to place our order, so when the food started coming out it was coming out In order, but this is where things went wrong. I ordered the shrimp crispy with the sauce on the side and an alcoholic beverage. My husband and daughter received their food first and I got nothing. I waited almost a hour while everyone was getting their food I still had nothing. we had already spoke to the waitress and she said she would fix it but instead kept giving everyone else their food. our party was pretty much done eating, when she came and gave me the shrimp but It was not crispy and some kind of sauce was on it. I said this is not what I ordered and she said "Well at least it's something" at that point my husband spoke with her and went to speak with the manager. I'm pretty sure if she went out to eat with her family/friends and a waitress came and told her well here at least it's something, she would lose her mind. I ended up losing my appetite after waiting so long that I didn't want anything, also I didn't want anything else because I was afraid at that point something will be done to my food. I didn't catch her name and I wish I would because her service was awful and her way of trying to correct the issue was just unbelievable. don't go here with a large party because they can't think pass GO

Nothing wrong with the waitress’ service. My complaint is with their policy against IDs. I am from out of state but before coming here I did check the policy on temporary IDs and in the state of Missouri, a temp ID is a valid ID, however, they wouldn’t allow me to order any drinks. I’m 34 years old, clearly not under 21, and yet I couldn’t order a drink.

I probably wouldn't complain. Except for what Hooters charges I expect that price point to be equal to the quality of food/service. This case it was overpriced especially when the food comes out lukewarm after waiting what seemed to be a long while. Not a bad place just a bad experience.

Lots of TVs. If you just want a beer to watch the game, this place will do.If you want a place for a good meal too, either lower your expectations or go somewhere else.
