Big up to this guy, he's there, posed, with his little guy at a lost street intersection, in the middle of Downtown STL and he's cooking his burgers and hot dogs. Respect. It's an almost unreal scene, this city center of STL completely empty in the evening, the drunk/wandering people who pass by and who meet around this stand like lost travelers who find themselves around a life-saving campfire .And hey, for the food it's okay, for what it is it's really not bad, but that's not what we're looking for here anyway. We don't know what we're looking for, but we find so much there.

The absolute BEST polish/hot dogs I’ve ever had! Great, fast service! Wish they had a restaurant. The mud sauce is a MUST TRY

Quick and fast and they let me sit under the heat! I work late and get off even later. Nothing was open and they were my saving grace ❤️❤️❤️

Hot City Grill aka Hot City Frank's.... Not has the absolute brats in the world. But, the owner is one of nicest, most respectful people I know. So if you are wandering around downtown St Louis around 13th and Washington late night on the weekend. Stop by Hot City Franks for a brat, hot dog, hamburger, and a drink. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some reasonable priced frank's. Hot City Franks will definitely hook you up.

Went here for dinner while staying at a hotel downtown. Not a lot do do downtown STL so this was a nice find. Big restaurant with lots of outdoor seating. Good food and drinks.

We visited St. Louis when many restaurants and attractions were closed due to COVID-19. Downtown St. Louis was a virtual ghost town. It was depressing. But Lucas Park Grille was open and we went in for dinner. We were so glad we did. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was very good. I asked for a standard table when I saw that almost all were high tops and we were graciously accommodated. I had a one quarter boneless half chicken on a bed of carrots, Brussels sprouts, and fingerling potatoes - delicious. My husband had a BLT which he said was the best he ever had; my daughter had a steakhouse salad, and my son had barbecued salmon. Both excellent. My husband and daughter had Gooey Butter Cake topped with homemade strawberry ice cream and my son had cheesecake. Also, very delicious. No complaints at all.

Excellent service and the food was amazing. We had 3 apps: lobster mac, calamari, and spinach/artichoke dip. All were delish! 2 of us has the tenderloin and both agreed melt in your mouth. Same with sliders. Power bowl got rave reviews, as did the rib eye. Sides were awesome too. The gooey butter cake was excellent but surprisingly, the star of the dessert was the raspberry sorbet on top, wow!

Decent Irish themed place. I got the Shep-Pie and it was mediocre. Potatoes tasted like instant mash. Nice place to sit and watch people though!

I live above this hot dog stand and try every weekend to be healthier and not eat one... fail every weekend. They are too good. Awesome hot dogs and awesome service.

My man! He's always there for me when I need him. Service - you get a star! Location - Boom, another star! Timing - How did you know I was boozed/hungry? You guessed it, star! Product - the look on peoples faces after first bite...yes, another star! Signage - none better Sir, you've earned my 5th star Can't wait to see you again!

A home based business. The guys and gal that run this place know what they are doing. They have a great aura around them while they sling the meat around. A must try is the Mississippi mud sauce a home based spicey mustard where only 6, including this guy know the recipe....trust me i put it on everything. Bobby, the most gracious owner will seriously make your day......and your mouths. Hot dogs 100 percent nathans he has polish brats with a array of burgers including turkey, bean and 100 angus. Best place to chill out of the bar....its like the water cooler at work youll make new friends and keep the ones you have.
