This place is a gem. Totally worth a trip to the city! Salads are fresh and Beautiful! The pizza has a nice crispy crust which I love! For you keto and gluten free people they have nailed the cauliflower crust. The toppings at high quality and varied selection. They accommodated our large party with ease.

Located in the downtown area, parking is a premium. There is inexpensive pay to park if you are able to grab a space. We arrived just after the busy lunch hour and were seated right away, but it took a beat to get served. Once our order was taken, everything moved pretty quickly. Although we ordered a pizza for the kids in our group and it came out 5-10 min after the rest of the food. The food was delicious and piping hot. Local brews available, which is always a plus.

Good pizza, bad service. Don't go here if you expect to get your food quickly.

Excellent food and service! Our family ordered the Meat Sweats pizza, spinach and artichoke dip, and the Cobb salad. We will definitely be back.

Had my first experience of this place tonight, celebrating a friend's birthday. I was extremely happy to learn it was right next to a Metrolink station, cause you couldn't pay me to drive around downtown looking for safe parking. We arrived for early dinner on Saturday, and their dining area was packed. It was over a 30 minute wait to seat our party of 10, which is normal, but a little disheartening to hear the kid who was bussing the table which opened up for us say that it would be 15 minutes for him to clean up so we could be seated. We are all former foodservice professionals, one lady in our party offered to go back there and help, and we were sat within 5 minutes. Service was kind of scattered, the food runners weren't really communicating with the order takers, they would come out one dish at a time, and have no idea who ordered what. The food was good, though. As I was on my own, I didn't want a whole 14" pie, so I opted for a P.I.M.P slice, which was still pretty big, but I managed to have no leftovers to carry home I got a "Canadian Tuxedo" pizza with Canadian bacon, pineapple, and a maple syrup drizzle. Fairly sweet, but overall good in my estimation. I was also impressed by the Hi-Guy, cheeseburger pizza someone else in my party ordered. It's intrigued me enough to want to do a return visit sometime

We were met immediately by the wait staff! The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I liked the cheese pizza I had the other day better than the pepperoni pizza. My granddaughters enjoyed their sandwich and chicken wings! The atmosphere is warm and inviting!

Service is sketch. Limited on beer as well. No drafts. Pizza toppings are good, but it was burnt. Not recommended.

Giving this spot 3 stars mainly for the pizza slices. Seems like a lot of kinks to work out on the service and flow. I expected more due to the fact the owners have established restaurants already up and running. Maybe due to the fact that Sugarfire is counter service and not full service. Walked in from the side door and stood by the Host stand there. We stood there for a minute looking around , not sure what to do and then one of the staff got up from the bar where he was eating and came around and got us seated. He was super nice and got us drinks, returned shortly but we weren't ready. He explained the lunch special and the extra large slice, the P.I.M.P slice. We opted for the P.I.M.P slice since we could pick our toppings. We ordered pepperoni, italian sausage, hamburger, and jalapeño's. The lunch special was a large slice of a choice of 3 or 4 specific pizza's and a salad. The salads were Caesar, Cobb, or Italian and they all had too much in them for me, I like a side salad with a pizza but that is just me. We never saw the male server that sat us and took our order after that, I think he was the bar person as he stayed there mostly. It took a while for our pizza to come out and during that time there were a lot of issues it seemed, most of the conversation took place at the computer location for order entry (guessing) and our table was right there. Issues of not getting correct food or not getting certain things at all, one table walked out. The patrons at the table next to us had food but were waiting on another pizza and garlic bread that came out and they were ready to go and immediately got it in a box to take with them. The bathroom situation is strange, you need to read the code on the wall before going out a door down the hallway in the back of the restaurant into a common area and use the code to get in the bathroom. When I came out I was turned around and couldn't find the right place to go back to the restaurant. I ended up in Snarf's and went back out till I found the right door for Hot Pizza Cold Beer. A sign on the wall, above the door, on the door would have been helpful. Our pizza arrived but then we had to flag someone down to get a pizza cutter that I saw on other customer trays. It took quite a while for it to be brought out so needless to say the pizza had cooled down at that point. I asked for ranch and that was brought pretty quickly. I really enjoyed the pizza, all the toppings were plentiful, seemed the right ration of cheese, sauce, and toppings. the dough was my favorite, chewy and tasted great. It took a while to get our check and to pay when we were ready. I spoke to the server who handled the check and told her my deal with the bathroom and having a sign as a suggestion. She told me they were still in their soft opening phase and had to work some things out and that they were short on staff. I get that, and we will return for pizza and to try some of the appetizers and maybe a sandwich. I will get the pizza again, too. I will just wait till they have some time to work out the kinks

This is the kind of place that You can enjoy spending your money at because the people treat you so well. Went into order a couple slices. And then realized that I had ordered two pizzas. They quickly got it changed without complaints and a smile. And we're very genuine and accommodating. Oh yeah, and the pizza is great too.
