I placed a large order for my son's birthday party a couple of weeks ago. The order included 9 XL one topping pizzas, 50 wings, 50 toasted ravioli, and 2 pans of house salad. Everything was ready on time, piping hot, and delicious. It made throwing my son's birthday party so easy and everyone raved about the food. We live between this location and the location on St. Charles Rock Road. The Natural Bridge location is so much better! Even if I'm passing the St. Ann location, I will always order from Natural Bridge. Never had a bad experience in the 8 years we've been visiting this location, and the staff are always so nice.

I spent around $65 Dollars For CRAP! Both pizzas were soggy, Lasagna, tasted and looked old, wings were soggy as well.

Customer service is piss poor. Every time I call to place an order it’s always a MAN with an attitude ! They’re impatient and can never keep that same energy once you see them in person. The food is not that good & I’m done spending my hard earned money with them.

Went there last night around 10:15 PM or so with a few of my family members. There were only two people working,a black guy with dreads and a Caucasian lady making the Pizzas.Even though It's hard with only two people they were pleasant, and helpful.The lady let me get an 8 inch and made our food as if she cared and didn't just throw it together and we appreciated it and didn't mind the wait because we knew they were doing the best they could with what had to work with. The key is to always have a great attitude and that they did ??

Nasty. I've ordered a deluxe pizza and every time it's pizza soup. I'll never order from them again. I only order when I want delivery. The one at page and Warson has great deluxe pizza but they don't deliver in the hood where I live.

The one in north oaks is waaaaaay better...pizza was to soft not enough sauce...thrown together pretty much so..its a never go to that location for me..??....

Got my pizza wrong. They were very busy as the worker constantly said. Didn't check but when I got back to my office, it was not what I ordered. I requested a sausage and pepperoni, I got bacon and cheese. Had to take it back. They made me another one but wasted my whole lunch hour getting a pizza and it was average at

I had heard about this place and wanted to try it out. There were no napkins available or offered with to go orders and it took about 10 minutes for the order to get processed after I arrived to pick up the pie. I guess their workers are trying to accomplish too many things at the same time. The pizza was average.
I don't know what's going on they constantly overcook the pizza so it isn't enjoyable at all for the prices they charge. I recommend y'all take time out to show team members that the pizza should be burnt up.

Dear Imo's Pizza Manager,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your establishment. After over a year of not ordering from Imo's Pizza, I called in to place an order for my family. However, to my surprise, I was informed by the manager that I was banned from the location without any explanation.As a customer, I was shocked and confused by this sudden ban. Furthermore, I have had previous negative experiences with your pizza, such as burnt crust and poorly prepared toppings. Despite these issues, I wanted to give your establishment another chance, which makes this ban all the more disappointing.I recall contacting your customer service in the past to report an incorrectly made pizza, only to be told to return the other pizza that was delivered to me. It is unreasonable to ban a customer for an issue caused by the restaurant's own mistake, and I believe this is unacceptable behavior from any business.It is unfortunate that I cannot continue to be a customer of Imo's Pizza, but I will take my business elsewhere where I feel valued and respected. Furthermore, I plan to open my own pizza place in the near future and I hope to provide a better experience for customers in the area.Sincerely,Coming to an area near you lol

Ordered a large pizza "take out" from here late on a Sunday evening and they gave me a pizza they made 4hrs prior that someone else didn't pay for and just heated it back up and sold it to me. I was already 30 mins away before I noticed and honestly, the pizza wasn't bad. It's the principle though. First & last time ordering here.
