One of my favorite fast food’s, where I live they don’t have them so I decided to order Uber eats. Very disappointed. Tacos were so dry on the edges I had to tear it off, the cheese was on one side and the “meat” the other so it wasn’t mixed, barely any lettuce to even be seen. Chicken sandwich was tough around the edges like it was old, egg rolls were so greasy there was a puddle of grease in the box. The only thing fresh was the curly fries. I’ll avoid this location for next visit.

Oh gosh what can I say if you don't ever want to shake and you consider a life sentence is a good wait time then this is the place to be I feel like it's been several years of their shake machine has been considerably quote unquote down however at 3:00 in the morning 45 minute wait time does not seem adequate

The car that was before me. They asked them to pull forward, which was fine. But he didn't pull close enough to the front of the restaurant so people could get through. I guess it was a manager who came out and tried to tell me. I had to go the opposite way of my home because I was in the way of the drive-through , No I did not go the opposite way ?♀️ They should tell people to pull closer to the restaurant. So people can get through common sense if you ask me !!!!

Every single delivery order is wrong or missing food. They will make up for their mistake and give you your food if you come get it, but that defeats the purpose of ordering delivery in the first place. Get the order right the first time, yeah? If I'm paying an additional $10+ for delivery, I expect all my food to be made and properly delivered. Bags are sealed, so it's not delivery drivers taking food.

My girlfriend ordered a 7$ shake and the gentleman that was working told me he couldn't make it the machine was being cleaned. Completely fine however instead of offering a refund just said he can give me a fountain soda which is 3$ at most. She doesn't drink soda so we got nothing instead. Don't order shakes unless you wanna leave 7$ short and empty handed.

Just go there for the tacos. More times than not, when I request extra lettuce, the request is ignored. The lettuce, many times, is wilted and dried up. The meat is sparingly slapped in the shell and the grease is so bad, it oozes through the packaging.When you hit the right time and they’re fresh, they’re wonderful, but those times are few.Why do we keep going back????
