I understand i got the butter burger but it was so soggy the bun was gross. Butter burger buns are suppose to be crispy. I do appreciate getting that burger at 10am & I do appreciate the very nice lady at the drive through window. My meal was over $12 , , , probably worth $8.

I just purchased 6 Tacos and 4 Egg Rolls from there. None of these items were even edible! Completely cold and was from Yesterday! I'm too angry to go back there Today. I wasted my money. You can tell that the employees Don't care! I would advise Everyone to NEVER purchase Anything from this establishment. The need to CLOSE this place down Permanently. If I could give them MINUS Stars I would. DISGRACEFUL!!!

Went through the drive thru yesterday evening for dinner and the experience was less than ideal. It’s fast food so I’m not expecting a gourmet experience by any means but I am expecting to at least get what I paid for because fast food isn’t cheap anymore!!! We were first greeted by a very bad attitude of “what do you want?” but that’s the least of my worries about this review. When we got home ALL of our food was wrong aside from the bacon cheeseburger. Instead of spicy loaded tiny tacos we received plain regular tiny tacos, our curly fries were literal crumbs with regular fries mixed in, and then the reaaaaal kicker was the tacos. Now we all know Jack in Box is the goat for tacos… well not this one. All of our tacos had no lettuce, no sauce, fried in old oil (you could definitely tell by the color and taste), and SWISS cheese. My guess is that he ran out of regular or was just high as a kite. They were so disgusting and all of them went right back in the bag and into the trash. I hate hate hate wasting food so I gave them a chance, I tried but there was just no way. I’ve sent a review to the higher ups and I’m praaaaaying I can get my money back. This was shy of a $30 order and I really have no intention of returning to this location. Genuinely feel bad for the owners of this store :(

Of the 6 or so times I’ve been here, three times they denied taking my order saying “doordash only” or “we aren’t taking orders right now”. Most recently, I placed a mobile order but never was able to pick it up. The employees are unserious people.. I kinda feel bad for the franchise owners to be honest.. but then again they have my money and I never got my food

We had just gotten to STL and decided to go to Jack in the Box, big mistake. We waited for 30 minutes and 3 cars left from the drive thru hint hint. But it was late and we had planned to eat shower then get to bed ?️. DON'T GO THERE AT NIGHT period, no we didn't get anything we went somewhere else ?

Great service, but the poor girl at the drive in had to tell us they were out of 2 different items. One of them was coke. Come on, who runs out of coke?
Didn't receive the burger or the croissant I ordered, nor the ranch that the window worker told me was in the bag. Tried to call the store but the line was busy for 10 minutes, then when I finally got through it was just fax machine noises. Not sure if the number is disconnected or what but I left a comment via email and they haven't gotten back to me yet. The Jack in the Box on Kingshighway has never let me down for the record.
