Lobby never open permanent drive through.

This place is terrible!!! I have given it 4 chances 1am/ 2am/ 3am/4am on different weekends after work. There is always an excuse as to why they aren’t taking orders at this time. I even downloaded the app and they still said they can’t take orders even through the app. They send all the costumers to chippewa and Kingshighway. This place is so poorly ran and the staff is extremely rude and careless. Just shut it down all ready !!! We don’t want you in the neighborhood if you aren’t willing to serve your late night crowd. According to the many google reviews. My review should come as no surprise!!! 0 stars management clearly doesn’t care to fix any issues here.

I am so done and tired of this jack in the box..the staff is VERY rude. We got burnt chicken strips and they have an attitude cause they burn it. The fries cooked in old oil. And the dude shut the window in my face when I ask for my receipt. He didn't give me my drink and I did not drive off. He came back to the window and open and dis not say anything just looking at me. I told him he did not give me my drink. That MAN rolled his eyes at me...like WHAT THE HELL....SHUT THIS STORE DOWN...ASAP

If I could rate zero for service I would. Pulled up, sign is lit up saying open, people inside...sat for 20 mins in the drive through repeatedly saying "hello?" To no answer. When I pulled forward to the window because I knew people were in there the lady saw me and purposely walked away.I understand that people may hate their job but really? Ignoring customers or taking it out on them is disrespectful, frustrating, and unprofessional to the highest degree.This is not the first time I received awful/no service here.

I could have sworn JITB does not start your food until you order...Not anymore, because after paying 15+ dollars for a combo I almost chip my tooth on an cold, old, reheated burger. My advice is to save your money and make a cheeseburger at home.Parking: Has there own parking lot

nobody in the drive, i was the only one inside, they had 5 people working and nobody bothered to take my order. waited probably 10 mins before walking out. they had more time to gossip than to take my order. workers went outside and back in several time amd didnt bother washing thir hands. another one cleaned the floors and didnt bother washing their hands.

Friendly staff. Dine in closes around 8pm, they lock the door around that time. I always eat at tjat Jack in the box cause people barely eat in there. Will def come back.
