The food was not good. I asked for fresh chicken tenders, and the manager said to me that they were fresh. Well, fresh doesn't equal hard and stale. So they put the tenders back in the grease. Because you refry some chicken doesn't make it fresh. Then I asked for a cup of water like 5 times, and the young lady was not paying attention. If I come to your establishment to spend my hard earned money on this high-priced food, I expect good customer service and for the food to be fresh.

I went thru the drive thru tonight to get potato wedges. The dizzy cashier began to mimic me on the intercom after I had to change my order. Her goofy tail lucky I pulled off she woulda went home smelling like strawberry lemonade instead of chicken as usual! Weak
Went through the drive-up and had the best experience with a young woman. She was friendly, polite, accurate, and fast. She really made my day!

Came here with my mom for lunch. Got the strip meal and the strips were not fresh. So I got a refund. The atmosphere is very hostile. If they don't like their job, then LEAVE but don't take your life frustrations out on customers because everyone has problems. The staff were talking amongst themselves, cursing loud. Just very disrespectful and annoying. Also, my mom did not really enjoy her meal either but she kept it because she didn't want to be a bother. Bad experience here everytime I come here!

I used to love this location but tonight (7/28/23) I had to deal with an incompetent and very unprofessional "manager" who felt it was more important for him to open the door to the lobby to have food dropped off to him than to give me the items in my order that I didn't receive in the drive thru. I shouldn't have to get irate and get into shouting match with a "man" who has a fragile ego in order to get a correct order. We called each other some choice words but I guess his little feelings got hurt because he proceeded to come around the counter and walk towards the door ready to fight. I didn't get his name of course but it shouldn't be hard to figure out who was in charge tonight.

There was a wait for the order I placed through the drive-thru. This was good with me because to me, it meant the order would be fresh. While waiting I thought of additional side items I wanted to order. The building was locked. I was a bit annoyed and mentioned this when my order was given to me. The supervisor stated he had to close the doors due to being short staffed. I appreciate his professionalism. He also threw in an extra order of jalapeno peppers for my wait. Thank You!
