I ordered on Uber Eats, order was delivered in a timely manner. Still hot!I ordered the puffs they are delicious dipped in the garlic butter. However the pizza was supposed to be an ultimate pepperoni. It had 2-3 pepperoni a slice....That was disappointing. But it was hot and fresh.

I placed an order for delivery and when it was delivered we were missing several items. We got no sauce for the crazy bread and even if it doesn't come with sauce, I had ordered three extra sauces and received zero. We were also missing the two brownie desserts that we ordered and the mushroom pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperoni. I attempted to call them several times as our driver left rather quickly and we weren't able to take inventory and see that we were missing items until after he left and they will not pick up.

I came in to order an item. The worker told me it was online only. I ordered online and never got updates on my order. Went in 30 minutes later and the same people were in there waiting on food. They had my order and it had been sitting and was cold.

Showed up at 11:05am. Doors were locked. Waited around a few minutes, they finally unlock the doors.Woman in front of me tried to order pizza puffs, which are literally on the menu in the store. They told her she could only order them online. She wouldn't be able to actually place an order at the counter. She stepped aside to order on her phone.I walked up and asked for 3 hot and ready pizzas. Was told there was a 30 minute wait! Literally the second customer of the day.Store was gross, employee was rude and they opened late with no prepared food.

Just fix the Pizza Portal so 15 people aren't standing in line waiting for there order that they already did on the app...otherwise the food is good, but just horrible for quick pickups after pre-ordering...
Pizza is always good but I legitimately always have to ask for my dipping sauce.

On Dec 17, my daughter ordered from here for delivery. It showed her order was picked up but never arrived. She reported it was told she would get a refund but she had to reorder. It was assigned the same driver. It did arrive this time but she never got her refund. She's called corporate but no one answers. The delivery service(Door dash) has escalated the complaint several times but Little Caesars hasn't responded to them either

They canceled my order without any form of explanation and sent me an email that my order had been canceled AFTER I showed up to the restaurant to pick up my food.

I’ve come to this Little Caesars many times at the lunch hour and never really had any issues. Today was the exception service was extremely slow. Placed an order on the app and I arrived and my order came not quite 15 mins later than what was estimated on the app.

My deep dish was raw in the middle, I took it back didn't even get an apology, I got a stank look from the employee she took the pizza looked at it and threw it away.Put another one in when it came out she gone ask me is this ok...the ignorance of our people...
