This is the kind of restaurant that you save your 5-star reviews for. The food is insanely incredible, the staff are sweet angels, and you're treated like royalty once you step in the door. The environment is charming and welcoming while not overwhelming, with dimmed lighting and beautiful artwork. I left my phone at home when I went last night but I would have taken a picture of every dish and drink if I'd brought it. The broccolini (and the vinaigrette!) is a must-have, as well as their various breads and the prosciutto. Everyone's meal was a favorite, and the Rosa y rosie drink was divine. We greatly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!

Great staff, all wrk together to clear tables, water fills. I think we had 6 different people stop and help our table. Love the team approach and the food divine.Parking: Just gotta cross the fingers as street parking is only option. But after 8 pm we found a spot in a sinch

Louie is such an amazing and cozy dinner place! My friend and I arrived around 6:30 pm without a reservation. The restaurant seemed packed. However, the hosts worked a way out for us. We were lucky enough to be seated within 10 minutes. They offered a variety of options on the menu - all looked great. Our server was great - friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. She recommended me a few options for wine. But I went with a cocktail - Rose y Rosie. The drink was great but a bit strong (in my opinion as someone who doesn't drink often). For food, I had the Margherita pizza. It was super delicious. Overall, I had a great time at Louie. It's a great place for having a date night, catching up with friends, or hanging out with family members. However, it's hard to find a parking spot on De Mun. I'd recommend parking further away if you're confident with your parallel parking skill.

Louie was wonderful! Our server was so kind. We had the white bean hummus, Brussel sprouts and the special of the day pasta and everything was excellent. The vibes are great too. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful time.

We all know they have great service, great cocktails, nice atmosphere, but let's talk about the brocollini pizza. I've been to the best spots in New York, small towns in Italy, hole in the wall Chicago spots and I've never had anything like this. The wood fire crust, the flavors, the creativity without overdoing it, the freshness...it's one of the most delicious single items I've ever had. Don't ever remove this from the menu Louie, it's a local treasure.

Hands down me and my husbands favorite spot in St. Louis. We look for any excuse to go--anniversary's, birthdays, any kind of special occasion. The ambiance, service, and food are unmatched. It has ruined other restaurants for us because of how much we love it here!!! You can't go wrong with any dish, but we always, always order the Roman Gnocchi as a main dish and the prosciutto as an appetizer. We live in Illinois and it's 100% worth the 40 minute drive. Can't recommend enough!

Stopped here on a work trip during a weekday. You need reservation however they were able to seat me.The vibe in there is nice and cozy. The food was very high quality. I got the Brussels sprouts and pomodoro Fresca pizza. Both were outstanding.

If more people cared about their craft and other humans as much as Jordan does the world would be a much healthier place. Beyond the exceptional food, perfectly curated atmosphere, and warm hospitality, there’s some magic brewing in the walls of Louie on DeMun rooted in the love each and every one of the people involved there put into their work. I’ll be chasing the experience my wife and I had for a long time. Also, Drake co-signs it and he has pretty good taste.
