My wife always grabs something to eat from Mayo Ketchup at CityPark so we decided to make a visit.Food is great, love to try all the various selections of tasty goodness. Sandwiches are delicious and the plantains are legit.Parking is super easy at the location, going there twice we have found a spot within a couple parking places from the establishment.

They should have a menu to see on the table so you don't have to stand reading a blackboard

I got the Jibarito with Pork, and it was so good! It held together very well and wasn't messy. The use of mashed plantains as a bun was novel and very tasty, and the pork itself was excellent. The decor was colorful and nerdy, featuring some neat little nods to He-Man ?

This place is delicious. And they have options for my wife's AIP food requests. Very friendly staff.

Mayo Ketchup has some amazing bowls. We tried the topical bowl and the Pernil. Their pulled pork is very tender, juicy, seasoned well but not overly salty. If meat isn’t your thing, they offer jackfruit as a substitute. I really appreciate how their meals are a great balance of fresh flavors. Definitely try the fried plantains if they don’t already come with your meal. They have a subtle flavor and a nice texture. Definitely a nice change from the standard fried sides you can find around town. The front seating area is smaller but they have a larger area in the back with a ton of natural light, so don’t let the view from the street make you think it’s too busy to try. It’s also pretty family friendly. FYI there’s a bit of a step up to get inside, and the back room seating is down several stairs.Overall I’d recommend them for a nice casual and unique dining experience.
