Service was fast, drinks were great and food was good especially the parm fries ??? not sure what all the other reviews were about…so glad I didn’t let them scare me away.

Wow, the dry rub wings were perfect - 5 stars! Crispy and crunchy outside (and the breading wasn't overly thick) and juicy inside; will absolutely order them again. Can't remember the last time I had wings this good.Service was friendly and helpful, but they seemed a bit understaffed.Would visit again when we have sufficient time before a flight.

Grumpy waitstaff, the cook was yelling at people, slow service even though you order your own food from your phone. Food was ok. Wouldn't go again.

I haven't tried their food but I love it that they post their prices out in the open. So they get five stars for that.

You have to order on your phone, which is okay except that it didn't work, and the servers apparently can't take an order. Someone did try to help, but ultimately we just had to try to try again, and it worked. We tipped 18% which later I regretted. After a long wait, they brought out two of our three orders. After a longer wait, they finally brought out the third plate. There was a lot of complaining by the cooks in the back, and the service was very slow. The food was decent. I wouldn't come back again.

Experienced a very aggressive hostess, when just trying to sit at the bar. No one was at the hostess station when we walked in, and she ran yelling at my husband and I we didn't followed directions and NOT to mess with her, she would call TSA. My husband and I didn't know what was happening, we just decided to ignore the situation and order.Other than the hostess, everything was great, Bartender was friendly and respectful.

My burger was made as I requested. Fries were hot when they came out. I sat a table for quite a while before anyone addressed my order-the QR code was turned off she said.Waitress was handling everything by herself so I don’t put it on her but she needed some help waiting on guests.

Absolutely the worse fish taco's I've ever had. It they had purchased discount dollar store fish sticks and wrapped them in a moldy tortilla it would have been an improvement. The fish was overcooked to the point that it was hard and each tortilla had a sliver of fish smaller than my pinkey.

No service. Nobody working there wants to be there. Your options in the airport are going to be limited, because this restaurant is fairly representative of the others in the airport (Terminal A at least).

The told me to order via the QR codeAnd then forgot about my food. The bartender was great, but 16$ for a sandwich that sat in the window. I was going to eat in but my flight was loading. Thought 45 min would be okay for a BLT.
I order wings. One of them It was not well cooked, a wing was

If it isn't the worst airport restaurant in America, it's in the conversation. My god St. Louis, minimal effort would be an improvement. Went down to the Brewhouse which is also terrible but at least the server was friendly & made an effort.

The worst fries you have ever had. The grilled chicken sandwich is definitely not recommended. The service is unfriendly and bad.

What a horrible experience. There is no service other than bringing your "food" to the table. I'm not even sure you can call it food. The fries were very tough, dry, and cold. Didn't eat more than two. The chicken noodle soup was basically warm water flavored with chili pepper and a few vegetables added. No chicken. I would recommend going to the other restaurants in this terminal.

Awful experience and service. This restaurant is in the airport so you'd think they would understand ALL customers have a small window and little time. They are slow, unorganized and unprofessional. I waited over thirty minutes for a take-out order. I paid for it but never received it. I told the hostess and servers many times my plane was close to boarding, but I was ignored. Finally, I asked for the manager. He was equally as awful. He claimed he was in training and couldn't issue a refund since no manager was present. I thought it was odd that as a manager in training he was left "alone" without knowing how to handle every day issues. It's disturbing that this place is still in business. The nonchalant and dismissive attitudes is unbearable. It has been five days and I'm still waiting on my credit/refund.
