My experience was horrible.. . I ordered a catfish fillet dinner with cheese fries.. . After waiting 15mins .. . I was told they were out of catfish fillets and ended up getting catfish nuggets which was cooked ok, but had too much salt, and fries with no cheese .. . Went back inside and got another cheese fries, that tasted worst than the first one.. the cheese didn’t taste like cheese and the fries had a spoiled after taste to it.. . I will never go back to this place again .. . They really need to work on giving customers a good experience and improve their food quality.. .

When I first visited Nephew’s I had never heard of them before, but they were so nice and courteous with me, the wait was kinda long but they gave me a courtesy drink while I waited. When I got my food it was the best ever. I had catfish fried rice, Philly cheese steak and fries, and more I have no complaints. I give them a 5 star. Great people with beautiful personalities and great customer service. That was my experience, I can’t speak for no one else.

I try to support black businesses but our people make it very hard.First off they have a pre-teen and a child working the register.I didn’t smell any food cooking when I went at 11:50am so it’s safe to assume the cook wasn’t there.Ordered a cheeseburger and fries and the children told me 15 mins.Came back for my order, they said “she just got back” I’m like who????? And had to wait an extra 5 for a burger and fries.Burger was unseasoned and the fries with cheese were cold.NEVER AGAIN! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Nephew's is a staple of this community. Have been their countless times over the years and they have never disappointed. For a restaurant to be successful they need to have systems in place that are efficient & the food must be good. This place has both, that's one reason they have been around for so long. The food is great & the people working their are kind. Easy 5 star review. If you live in the area you owe it to yourself to stop by and treat yourself to some great food, while also supporting a local small business.

Took a hour and 15 min for my food to be done when they said it was supposed to be a 20 min wait was told it’s because they are under new management poor customer service! I don’t recommend

My experience was horrible. My food was all wrong and it made my stomach hurt. When I called to inform them about my order made wrong, no way that my order was repeated twice over the phone and they chose to be lazy but take my money . They informed me that I couldn't get a refund because they don't get refunds but they could made me food over. I was beyond displeased and will never support this black owned business.

See what I don't like is unprofessionalism. And although Nephews may have good food their service is trashhhhhh. I ordered the sweet and spicy catfish ( which is something I normally order) and today of all days they get my order wrong. Not once but twice and had the nerve to say no refunds. The fish looked like they just threw hot sauce on there. As if I wouldn't know the difference.

I am fed up. Prior to them closing for a while to “improve”, they’ve had the same issues. The food is great, provided they have all the ingredients in stock. This place has serious inventory issues & they are always out of something, even when it’s earlier in the day. And they’re inconsistent with answering the phone. You often have to physically go to the location to place your order because more oft than not, they don’t answer. I ordered a beef hulk potato with broccoli. I got 2 pieces of broccoli, some nacho cheese (which isn’t normally the cheese they use), potatoes & ground beef. None of the other stuff. I had to add my own red onion just to enhance it some more. I love their food (when it’s available), but I’m done eating here because the experiences are consistently frustrating. It took a long time for me to finally leave this review because I try to support black owned businesses, but this is it for me. Nephews can call me when they fire their entire staff & replace them with competent individuals
