Food is always good. I think it is overpriced, but probably average for a food joint in a casino. Service can be hit or miss; I have experienced the most friendly, nicest people working, and on other occasions, some not so much…

For 20 you get a burger with a drink. That's it with a 5 dollar tip. A burger should automatically come with fries. Further down on this review, it ask what do you recommend from the menu. Here's my recommendation... GO SOME WHERE ELSE ! 20 BUCKS FOR A BURGER AND A DRINK. BEST WAS THE DRINK IT WAS REFILLABLE... i love Ceasers casinos but the smaller ones around the country, don't have buffets which are a better deal...

The lady that waited on me could of cared a less about being there let alone wait on me. Never smiled said Thank You never looked at me. She was there and that's about it.

Average quick fast food style menu but with usually slow service because it's one of only two major stops in the area for those attending the Casino or events. It's pretty good food but really pricey for what you are getting.

The Texas patty melt with bacon is aaaaamaazing !! It's a bit pricey for just the patty and no sides but it was delicious!

Meh. Counter service. Fairly quick. Why is the cashier telling me there's mushrooms and Swiss on a burger, when I ordered the special Mushroom Swiss burger? Or when I ordered a grilled bacon sandwich- his reply was "You know that's just a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon?" What the absolute crap??? Chicken salad was TOO SWEET! Ugh The good: Mushroom Swiss burger was good. As was the grilled cheese with bacon. Fries yummy. Fresh veggies on the sandwiches.

Stopped in to get me something to eat before i went to the casino. They had a double mushroom and swiss burger and some seafood chowder as the special, so I ordered it. When my order was ready, I decided to eat the chowder and take the burger home. Baby! That chowder was so good that I had to order two more bowls to take home so my daughter could have some! The double mushroom and Swiss burger is always good. I've had it several times before. If your ever at the Horseshoe Casino in Saint Louis, stop by the grill and have a bite go eat. The menu is very extensive, so there is a variety of food to choose from.

Poor food quality, high prices. I actually had a better chicken salad sandwich at a gas station on the way here.

Food was good but the lady who took my order was rude, slow and lied to me. The man who gave me my food was the complete opposite.

I stopped here because the casino restaurants were my last resort downtown because parking and all the wide silly one way streets were getting very old and the casino is attached by a sky bridge to my hotel. The decor is sports bar with TVs on the walls and cafeteria style seating. The service was great with the friendly woman who suggested the steak Philly over the chicken club so I ordered it with seasoned frys. The Philly was taken back to my room and just like all phillys today it's skimpy on the meat. The hoagie bun was nicely toasted with melted cheese, steak, onions and green peppers. The seasoned frys were crisp hot to order and good, average fast food. My service was good but at the end of the day it was fast casino restaurant food which was average but no substitute for a real sit down restaurant like I wanted but I enjoyed under the circumstances.

Just average, staff was kind but seemed overwhelmed. Prices are affordable.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly to two people who popped over at closing time! They did not disappoint, as the fried catfish was amazing for a side grill in a casino! Thank you L.A. for the advice to check out 4Hens at the Foundrey! Thank you for your hospitality!

Very possibly the worst burger I have ever had. I always believed casinos served good food in an effort to attract or keep their patrons gambling. After this burger, made with what must have been frozen meat Pattie’s and the worst liquid cheese I have ever had. I won’t be going back there again for a burger, St Louis has a lot of other options far better.
