This place was so good , had spring rolls and Pho 12 . David was amazing super attentive and gave out suggestions .The broth was so good , so if your in town and want to try some pho this is the spot !
During our two-day trip to St. Louis, we dined here twice. The food was excellent, with portions being generously sized. The dumpling soup from the appetizer menu was exceptional. I've never experienced a soup base so rich and comforting.

They are slowwww. It took entirely to long for just pho. The preparation literally only takes 10 minutes at other pho places. But it took 45 minutes from the time we arrive until our food came out. I'm not sure what took so long. Maybe they were short staff.

AMAZING. Every time we come here, it never disappoints. The pho is to die for, and they have a full bar and a fabulous happy hour. We've gotten a different dish every time, and it's delicious. It's also a very cozy atmosphere. Top five restaurant in St. Louis.
The worst customer service ever. I adore pho and go to Mai Lee all the time and will continue to. I have been three and underserved. Once at Bar. Seat open no serve. Twice at table, I wait for him to come over for 15 and he answers the phone and takes an order. Third time just served others answered the phone. NVER AGAIN. SO RUDE.

Ordered the Pho Steak with meatballs, upon arrival the bowl had 3 slim pieces of steak and 6 quarters of meatballs. The broth was not very authentic and too clear to for good pho soup. The price was roughly $14.0. Overall, price/value for pho is not there.

I took 2 guests with me and it was the first visit to Pho Long for all of us. We had a wonderful time. The food is excellent. The service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The menu is very well organized and includes photos to augment descriptions. The prices are appropriate for the portions served. Great place and worth a visit!

I came here a couple of nights ago to order pho. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting and homely. I ordered one of their beef pho combination. The broth was good, but it would have been better if you got more meat in the pho, given that you pay almost $13 per bowl. I'll try this place again and try their other options, not another pho.

Our favorite pho place in St Louis closed and we decided to try Pho Long. They were pretty busy on the weekend but found a place to sit a large group (6 people) within 15 min. The service was pretty good, they quickly took the orders, brought the drinks, and a bit later the food, maybe 15-20 min. The food was ok, not bad, but not memorable either. Overall, perfectly fine to stop by for a lunch, but not a gem.

We arrived pretty much at the same time as most of the lunch crowd customers. The service was great. The waitresses are friendly and joyful. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. My order was pork steak with white rice. It was very nice. The portion was quite big. My husband ordered was beef pho. It was good but not great. The soup could have more taste.
