Terrible, terrible, terrible service. The staff was rude and the manager was useless. We didn't receive our order for an hour and they were even not issuing refund when we wanted to cancel the order. The manager literally asked us to leave without the pizza for which we had already paid.

they need to clean up .. i went to order my daughter a personal pan pizza but never ordered bc she said mommy it stinks in here let’s go smh . it was also trash swept in a pile by the counter . the smell made me want to throw up . if a child says that then you know you need to do better . not risking getting food poisoning which my sister got from this store in the past

My pizza & pasta were ready when I arrived. Everything was prepared to my specifications. The counter employee could have been friendlier. She didn't offer napkins, or condiments of any kind. They didn't give me marinara with my breadsticks, either...However, my overall experience was good, especially since I haven't chosen Pizza Hut in years!!
I ordered boneless wings and they didn’t even have sauce on all of the wings and they were just dry. I asked for them to be resauced which normally they do for me but the lady said she would need to charge for that and proceeded to charge me for buffalo packets and resauced my hot honey wings and put some by sauce in little cups for me

If I could give no stars I would! I went here didn’t get all my food and the young lady was very rude, unprofessional, and nasty! I asked for my food to be re made after she threw it at me, she then goes on to try and argue with me after I asked to get my money back. I was told by the supposed to be “store manager” Tamika that they couldn’t process my refund until Monday when the banks are open. There was another young lady in the store that was a little nicer but still no help, I will be contacting Corporate and the appropriate person because apparently Tamika is a shift leader!

I don't know her name but on 02/01/2024 the lady that was working deserves a raise and promotion. She single handedly ran this store for hours. Her professionalism and honesty was the best I have ever seen. You would have thought there was a team of people there, Nope, just her being her best self. I ordered 6 pizza. The order In front of me was a large order i think 8 pizza, this along with several door dashed order.

food was cold and tasted weird, all i ordered was a cheese pizza and they messed that up so that tells u a lot. the boneless wings were so hard and crunchy i didnt know if i was eating kettle chips or what. it was barely any sauce on my wings too smh 0/10
