This place did not have anything. No sodas, no condiments. The speaker didn't even work. I ordered a meal, and when she walked away to get my food. When she came back I asked for my soda. She said we don't have any soda ( please keep in mind. This was AFTER I paid). So ok I asked my I have some sprinkles. We do not have any. So I asked what do you have? She stated I put everything we have in your bag. I got home and realized it was just honey, grape, and strawberry jam. Really!!!The sad part is... this was a manager that served me!!!

Only 2 cars in Drive Thru and the wait was ridiculously long. Once I got to the window, the practice was to park on the sideline and they would bring out your food. Issue, they waited to bring multiple orders out at one time for the not so patient customers who may ave received their order in 1l5 minutes versus 5.Parking: Ample parking however.with their waiting process, makes it difficult to find a parking spot without getting pinned in.

I had the pleasure of stepping into this store, customer service was great, didn't have to ask for ANYTHING, Ms. UNIQUE made sure I left with all the essentials... if I'm in the area I will be stopping at this location for sure, clean, friendly and fast, something that is hard to find at other restaurants... thank you for a great lunch break..

This location is just terrible! I waited 30 minutes to pick up an online order. Then what was ordered wasn't available which I found out when I got there. No soda as was told the machine was broke. No coleslaw, no select chicken, no nothing! I had to ask to be served as I wasn't acknowledged standing there.

Was sitting in the drive-thru but no one would answer. Went inside and stood around waiting. Finally a cook came out and then called for Kenisha who was sitting in the corner hiding watching a show on her phone. As I was inside more people came through the drive-thru but left because of no response. Cashier also wasn’t even wearing headset so never would know if someone was in the drive-thru anyways

Was completely ignored by staff while they made phone calls, cook was touching his phone and face with the same gloves he was touching food with, and there were used needles in the bathroom. Don't even walk in this place. It should be demo-ed.
