Food not as great as my first visit a week or so prior. The potatoes under the crablegs were stale. Crablegs also tasted stale, & were possibly overcooked. Upon request, the waitress replaced one of my crableg clusters.Others in my party felt that the wait to get our food was too long.

Family dinner for my daughter's birthday and had a not so good experience. Hair in my daughter's entre, mother inlaws fish was cold, Aunt asked for no tomatoes got tomatoes, and when my mom asked for A1 sauce they brought her an empty bottle. Manager and waitress were very nice and apologetic, but it was just one thing after another.

Left waiting for someone to escort us to a table. When asked a worker in the main dining room was told to go back to the entrance to wait b/c the host was clearing tables. Dinner fries were burnt. Lobster dip was wonderful but crab legs were alittle rubbery. Probably won't be back soon. Mac n bacon was pretty good and cheddar biscuits delicious as usual.

I've eaten here a few times, and each time I've had great service and great food. Usually here on a weekday afternoon, so it's not too busy.

Food was prepared the way it should be. The restaurant is old feeling. Needs a total remodel to bring into modern times. Felt like an 80's shoneys.

Waitress was very rude and militant. What should have been a nice lunch with a friend, left us both in a sour mood. The food was just ok. Worst $85 for lunch that the two of us have ever spent.

Food as always was great, only one crazy complaint the shrimp lingini … the shrimp covered in a thick sauce had the tails still on!!! I had to put my fingers into my dish of food and pull the tails off with the slippery cheese sauce! I am glad I was lunch and I was along so my date didn’t have to watch!!! Wish it had more and smaller shrimp so more than a few bites had shrimp. I asked the waiter thinking the kitchen got it wrong and he confirmed that’s how it’s served and he thought it should be changed too, many customers complain after seeing the tails!! Wake up corporate!!!
