The reviews held up. Came to this location for the first time and was met with very ambitious yet hospitable staff. Our waiter was Nick…he was awesome! Why? Bc me and my guy were all over the place and hard to decide, and Nick made great suggestions and allowed a few edits for us. The whole vibe was nice and even better was the FOOD! Fresh and delicious! We had the Walter shrimp, the shrimp appetizer, lobster potato, lobster bisque salad and mussels. The sauces were top tier. We usually go all the way to St Peters Red Lobster but finally found one in the neighborhood with just as good service and quality too. Thank you!

Were there on Day before Xmas at lunch. Hardly anyone there, but the service was good, food was good. Their prices have got a little high though.

First of all we were greeted by a welcoming hostess and seated quickly, our server was extremely professional and courteous as we were also ! The food and drinks were perfect. All around a wonderful experience and everyone enjoyed the dining out at Red Lobster. Things have improved drastically!

Watson location. So they were not busy so that is not the excuse. My grandson and I were there to enjoy a late lunch early dinner. I ordered coconut shrimp with the lobster sauce on the mashed potatoes. My grandson ordered chicken fingers with fries we both had a Caesar salad. First off no croutons were on the salad. The person making the salads kept the ribbed part of the romaine in the salad that was served to us. Sad sad. So we asked about the biscuits none showed up. So our waitress had to make coffee I could have gone outside and dug up some grounds that is how bad the coffee was. I refused to pay for it only had a sip yucky. So our meal came the lobster sauce I ordered for my mashed potatoes was non existent. Also asked again about biscuits oh yeah she said. Totally non caring about her customers. So she came with the sauce and then we noticed my grandson got a big hunk of mashed potatoes when he ordered fries. So she brought out the fries and again I said how about the biscuits. Finally we're brought out . So the bill came with the coffee still on it oh by the way highway robbery $3.55 for coffee. Also $3.69 on the root beer he ordered. Totally off the wall prices. For the lousy service. I came in with a $50..00 gift card bill came to $49.88. She got .22 cents tip. Not a regret.

Attended for a Veteran's Day Special. Although served the "Walt's Special Shrimp" for free which was listed as $15, I would have been very disappointed to pay that much for what I was served: 6 small shrimp, small serving of irregular fries, and a cup of THICK coleslaw that was unappetizing. As a veteran, I did not feel special for what I was served. I did order an ice tea that cost almost $4 with tax. I won't be back as a full pay diner. Overall disappointing.USAF veteran

We were there to celebrate my friend & her mother's birthday. It was delicious. It wasn't noisy at all. a little dark in there & I wish you had cushioned seats because I can't sit on anything hard. It was wonderful.

This particular location is our go to simply for the wonderful service; they don't come much better than Taylor* This young lady is tremendous at her job; this evening she took wonderful care of my Mom & Me. The entire experience was A+ and I was able to share that with the equally pleasant Manager that engaged us upon entry and exit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION☆

This is my go to location but this time I was annoyed because our food was cold when it came out and I spoke to the mgr abt it all she offered was an apology. No replacement, no discount, no dessert, nothing. The waitress that we had was excellent and tried very hard to please us and DID! I reached out to corporate though, just waiting for a response.Parking: Ample amount of parking

Was looking forward to a evening to a great evening out with my family at this restaurant. If I could turn back time, I would and would go to another restaurant.Where to begin? First and foremost, the place is clean. That was impressive and probably the only thing during our time there. The waiter as a person was fine. Service was horrible, if you want to call it service. Waited over 45 minutes for our food after we had placed our order. When our food did come out, it was lukewarm and not appealing. It wasn’t great.. it wasn’t good either.. just OK. When we had asked for our check, we were informed that you would get a receipt once you had processed your credit card on the restaurants tablet that was on the table. What I wanted to see was if the receipt had the time when the order was placed. It does not.Took my concerns to the manager on duty. Bad mistake. Apparently I had interrupted her dinner as she had came out from the back still eating. As I informed the manager on duty of the service failure, she kept finishing eating there in front of me and my family. I was appalled. I had just spent over $150.00 for the three of us. Once she had finished eating, she apologized for the poor service and had blamed it on the lack of staff and the promotion of endless shrimp. Asked if she had looked around … there was only seven tables at the time we were having this conversation. She then apologized again and gave us a $10 gift card for our next visit. This could've been much better, however, it was very obvious she did not care.I heard the Lindbergh location is much better than this one. I should have gone there or Krab Kingz down the street. Won’t be returning to this restaurant ever again. I always looked forward to coming here, however, between the service, the lukewarm food, and the manager eating in front of me, just don’t do any justice for me to return.

Waitress was fantastic, but the food...I felt ill just looking at it. We couldn't finish anything on our plates and spit out half of it. Definitely not what it used to be. If it wasn't for the kindness of our waitress i'd give it a 1 (also if i get sick i'll be sure to update this because we both feel like s*** now)

My daughter and I had lunch there during a bad storm outside. We dined at the Red Lobster on Watson Rd in Crestwood. The ambience was nice and the food was fresh. I will be dinning there again. The waitress was nice and came by often asking if we needed anything. I am Red Lobster fan!!!!!Kid-friendliness: Red Lobster offers kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: I think it is wheel ? chair accessable.
