FEB 2024: Custard is good, but the toppings seem low quality to me. The service is always with teenagers who seem annoyed that they have to help you, and they don't seem friendly. The atmosphere is too bright, uncomfortable and cramped. I suggest getting a plain Custard no toppings to see if you like it or not.

This is definitely THE place to go for frozen custard in the area. Lots of topping options for your treat. There's a drive through and places to sit both inside and outside to enjoy. Everyone working here is always nice and they get the orders out quick.

We love this place! Wonderful speaking with the owner that cares for his workers and the community. The workers are very polite, remember who you are, and SUPER fast. The brownie bites are phenomenal! And their cakes! Holy cow! That's worth a trip inside just to check those out!

Nice small custard place. The drive through can be slow but it's worth it. Overall the service is good. The custard is nice. Had a chocolate malt which was nice. They have a variety of sundaes, malts, shakes, and concretes.

The custard was amazing and the owner is a great person

Great as usual. You can enjoy your frozen custard outside in the summer. Chocolate or vanilla, add some mix-ins.

The custard was good. We sat outside and visited with family.

One of the best places for custard! I know everyone raves about Ted Drew’s in Saint Louis and I truly respect that but…..everyone should try this one too, it is really nice, easy to get to, ideal for drive trough and with very competent and lovely service. Must go!

They have everything you could want from a custard stand and the service was excellent.

Cashier was patient when my family was ordering and careful to note our allergies. Ice cream was delicious as always!

This place is a joke. They don't have any of the freeze drinks advertised except for the standard mocha or Carmel for $5.30 which you can get ANYWHERE for less money and assumably better quality as well, they only had DIET coke available when I couldn't find anything else on the menu I'd consider having. My fiancé got a medium Reese concentrate with nuts. It was subpar as well. Hardly blended with big chunks of vanilla bc of the lack of blending. The kid taking our order was very unapologetic about not being able to serve one of us two "customers" and while we were standing there waiting the family sitting were talking about how their stuff wasn't very good either. The service is a 1 the ice creams a zero and their outdoor ordering window could use some windex and sanitizer. DO NOT RECOMMEND

All our cups and containers were dripping and sticky. Paid extra for cheesecake chunks but none were mixed in. Wait was ridiculously long. Will not be back.

Rich’s has a special place in my heart. From celebratory visits after band concerts and soccer games as a child to introducing my spouse to their custard as my favorite in the St. Louis area, it is a staple to my visits to the area. The service is fast and friendly, and there’s a patio area to enjoy treats. See you next time!
