Coming back to this restaurant after 8 years for the Afghani cuisine. The Kabuli Palau with slow cooked Lamb Shank, raisins & shredded carrots was as tender & falling off the bone with wonderful flavors just as I remember. It was worth coming back. ???? ????

It was good! Very unique experience. Food is kind of a blend of middle eastern and Indian and a bit of south east Asia. Not a very fancy place, in fact I was a bit confused when I entered the door. But the food was definitely with it. Street Parking is free after 5 on Friday night. Service was fast but they used disposable cups.

The Koobedah smells and tastes so terrible today. It looks like that is not fresh today. The chicken was burnt completely. Second time it happened to me! Disgusting and disappointing!!

I visited Sameem's the week that it opened and met owner Qayum Mahammad. He served a sampling of dishes for us to try. I frequently return and quite often have it delivered using Uber Eats or Door Dash. I just had it for lunch today and had to write a review. The Afghani mantoo, butter chicken and pakora are my favorites. The lamb and chicken teekha masal are also amazing. Every dish I've ever ordered is great. Tasty. Healthy. Filling. Doesn't leave you feeling stuffed.
