Horrible experience, my reservation was for 7:15 I showed up at 7:06 the lady at the door told us to wait for 10 mins and will text us when our table is ready we waited till 7:30 didn’t get a msg or anything, we got a table around 7:34! Server didnt even talk to us and after we ordered the food it took them two hours to bring it out and it was the worst steak I have ever had! Very bad experience I don’t recommend this place to anyone! We paid $170 and didn’t even eat our food

Our waitress was phenomenal. Cool place. I would not go back, the steak was decent, but our potato came out cold and dry, the waitress apologized and replaced it. The steak was similar to what you get at tuckers for double the price.

It has been many years since we have been to Sam's Steakhouse so decided to go last Saturday night. Very pleased with our visit. General Manager Mark Erney made sure everything was exceptional, Food and service was fantastic. We will return and make sure to tell friends and family.Parking: Didn't have a problem parking close to restaurant.
Food was not that great for the price server reach over my plate to sit something on the table his sleeve touched my food. They were constantly reaching across our plates to sit something on the table or and something to somebody else really crazy did not expect a restaurant that charges those prices Not to have had more training for their weight staff!!

Happened to have reservations during a "computer over-booking" which caused a significant overflow in the bar; causing the volume to be loud. (Our reservation & seating was fine). The food was mediocre for the price - steak a little over-done, piece of meat seemed small & temperature of food was "warmish". We frequent Sam's on special occasions, & this visit was a little disappointing.

We had a reservation, arrived on time and were seated at a table that backed up against another chair and was in the line of the bathroom. We asked to move and they graciously moved us but to bar seating that was super loud and had a bus boy that hit our table every time he walked by. The waitress was amazing and the food was great. However, the place was loud and not worth a 200 meal for 2 people.

Our waiter was horrible! We watched other wait staff doing a great job. I'm not sure where this guy kept disappearing. We had to ask other servers and bus boys to get things for our table.Food was average for the price.The atmosphere was nice but I was surprised at the attire of some of the guests.
