Food is tasteless. Margarita's overpriced and too sweet. Waitress knew NOTHING. not even the price of a margarita. Ordered Guacamole, tasted like nothing. We started making covid jokes. We added lime from our drinks and salsa from the bowl, but it was still bleh. Then they charged my credit card TWICE. I called later, they refused to adjust it. STAY AWAY. So many better options in the area. Don't pay twice for awfully bland food.

GET THE FAJITAS!! The food is excellent here! Consistently fresh and hot and good! Best tortilla chips in all of STL. The guac is fire and I'm never disappointed when I'm here. Love the staff, S/O to Juan who takes good care of me and my friends/family every time.

San Jose was great for my birthday lunch. We had a large group including little kids and we got to sit downstairs which was great. Our waiter was fast, efficient and very accommodating. Food was delicious as always!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to my grandkids ages 8 months to six years. Good kids menu!

Where to begin, We were seated, asked for the price of a margarita. She didn't know. She had to go ask. We wanted a side shot too, How Much? She didn't know. We ordered 2 margaritas to start and an order of Guacamole. Margaritas taste like crummy sour mix. I have never had guacamole that tasted like, well, nothing. We tried to help it with salsa and lime juice from our lime in margarita. Yech. We ordered food, It was wet and It didn't taste like anything. (no, I don't have covid) Another person joined us, and his friend warned him to NOT get a margarita. I think he got a beer. Anyway, We were going to split the check. We asked that the same amount be put on each of 2 credit cards. Waitress didn't know how, Man came over said fine. They took our cards and came back with receipts. My card was blue His card was red. I signed and tipped, He signed and tipped. They were too stupid to figure it out, but they had Charged MY credit card Twice! I was never intending to buy the other peoples food. That guy is not a signatory on my credit account. I called later in the week to state what happened. The RUDE woman who I spoke with refused to refund my money and said I need to find the guy to come in and pay. She looked up the receipts and agreed that they ran my card 2 times. Yep Their stupid workers can't get away with charging me twice. Crooked and dishonest is my view. Food is awful, Drinks are awful And overpriced. Wait staff is slow and dumb. Super overpriced when they charge ya TWICE. I hate them Stay away

Nice interior and loved the full bar area and drink options available, kid friendly and a varied menu. The service was rather slow and the food was average at best. Husband liked his chicken and shrimp meal however I ordered beef chimichanga and was served chicken instead. Didn't feel like waiting for correct order so ate it. Not much flavor and it was lukewarm not hot. If in the area I might try again and order something else.

Cute place , family friendly large menu and a full bar area with nice seating and tasty drink options available. Service was rather slow and sporadic at best. Husband likes his Children and Shrimp plate however I ordered the Beef Chimichanga plate and was served the shredded chicken instead, rather than wait for the correct food I ate the chicken and wasn’t a fan. I thought it was rather bland and was lukewarm .Definitely won’t make a special trip to dine here however if in area for any reason I might try again and order something else

Great friendly service. Had the $11 steak fajita lunch special - it was HUGE and delicious. The salsa is spot on - loved it. The chips are the thicker ones and are flavorful. Had to be somewhere afterwards so no chance to try the Margarita or their home made sangria but will hit those next visit.
