Most of my kids loved the burgers. It was like a thicker steak n shake patty. Once I got down to the sauce on my burger(whatever the Korean specialty burger is), it was pretty good.

The manager at this location was so kind and made us feel welcome with her terrific hospitality. I don’t think I’ve ever received such pleasant service at a fast food restaurant, let alone in a city vs. in a small town. She put a smile on our face and it made us enjoy our meal that much more!

I am not cheap or anything but I paid $12 for a tiny burger with no sides or anything. absolute rip off. no wonder they can afford a fancy looking place. I want to see their profit margins. not going to order from here again. Now I have to order another food to keep myself full. and no I'm not overweight either. I weigh 170 lbs 5'11. Hi Point has much better burgers.

The food was served hot and fresh, and while it didn't disappoint, it felt like your typical burger joint experience. While nothing stood out as extraordinary, the service was commendable.
Trifling had me wait 30 minutes for my order served everyone when I made them alert of my order they acted as if they had started on it and had to redo the burgers but they literally never started cooking my food . Wasted my time and I still haven’t gotten my refund . Trifling af will never come again . And they lashes ugly . Wouldn’t recommend this place not even to my dog . If you want real customer service don’t go to this shake shack . They suck
The food service is pretty quick. It feels very much like a fast food place as far as the ambiance goes. Location is nice.

Food is okay, but the price is very high for what you get. I had never been to shake shack and didn't expect the price. For the price I paid I definitely could have gone to a nice sit down restaurant.

I got a chicken sandwich that barely had anything, it had more bread then meat , paid 40$ for basically a meal I could get a McDonald’s for 5$ with that small sandwich.. our fry’s was small w barley nothing .. no whipped cream on my shake & no seasoning .
