Yummy food with plentiful portions. The bbq sauce options are great! Service is 5's; Very friendly and fast service. Decorative ambiance but lighting is a little dark. Potato casserole Green beans Bbq beans Fried okra ...were our favorite side dishes.

The actual worst BBQ I have ever had. In a city known for their ribs, I’ve had better at an Applebee’s. All meat was dry and lacked any smoke flavor but staff/server was nice and friendly

I really enjoy the food here. I actually order 2-3 times a week, because it’s close to my house and easy. Recently there has been an older woman working there. Every time I have been to the restaurant in the last month and have had to deal with her it has been a negative interaction. She has been very rude to me literally every time I’ve come in. I have not had anyone else treat me this way at smoking barrels. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked for extra barbecue sauce (which I’ve done every time since I’ve been eating here for the past 3 years) and I was told I had to pay for an extra money for the small cup of barbecue sauce? I spend $75 a week here and that may not seems like a lot. So as of today I am taking a break from this restaurant. I cannot believe the attitude I’ve gotten from this person and I will not deal with it anymore, when I’ve been a good customer
Good casual dining experience. We were present when a tornado warning was issued for the city and with the one side of the restaurant being all windows I wish we would have been given some guidance from our waitress on where we could seek shelter.

My brisket was tender. My daughter liked her pull pork. There were three BBQ sauces on the table. Spicey Texan, Midwest Sweet, and Tangy Carolina were all great tasting.
The brisket is so good and they have a good variety of different sauces. It took a bit longer than anticipated for the food to come out, but not a huge deal.

Waste of money. We ordered brisket and pulled pork with mac and cheese and garlic bread. The worst part was not the fact that we didn't get our brisket it's the fact that we received only elbow pasta without the cheese. The garlic bread was just a plain bread. The pulled pork we received was disgusting. It's like wet dog food. Unfortunately it's been a bad experience

Gave this place two tries at different periods to be fair. I was not impressed on either visit. My biggest critic about this place is that how does any other bar b que place in the region make good brisket but this place does not. Why brisket was not good: It didn't have that bark nor the smoke flavor. In fact it didn't even have smoke ring. It was tender but with the flavor of a beef that has been in the oven instead of a smoker. I sound angry but I'm not...just disappointed. Don't even think of stopping by here unless you want something else that's not bar b que.

Every now and then I take lunch from here. It is so tasty and nicely smoked so big portioned. Love their brisket and chickens.
