Good food, and the staff is top-tier here.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, and any salad or sandwich can be changed to be vegan. If you eat cheese, there's pizza and mac & cheese, and they usually have at least one vegetarian soup.

This place has terrible employees. I ordered two Mac and cheese and they made complicated salads for people behind me and kept saying they were working on it looking at their personal phones and then getting it out of a packet while I was I a rush! I have never seen people move so slow in my life! It just needed microwaved!

The place was clearly understaffed 2-16-2024 4:30pm, yet somehow the manager and 1 other employee were able to serve the orders in a timely fashion.......when two people are able to do the work of a full kitchen they deserve a raise!!!

Do not plan to go back.

Gave me the wrong sandwich and was rushing because they were closing. Didn’t realize it until I was home. Very disappointing.

The Panera bread on Chippewa is the best Panera bread to go to in St. Louis. They're super friendly in the young lady working the register this morning was great. She even brought my coffee to my table. I was iffy about this location. But lately it's been the perfect stop to start my day. Nothing but smiles and I come here every morning now. So I guess I better figure out names. My goal is to post positive reviews!

This location is always out of everything! How are you out of cookies at 9:30 in the morning??

The bathroom is horrible. The soap dispenser is broken because the soap was on the floor. The toilet was nasty. I could have cried.

Had lunch delivered but after 2pm so it wasn't like it was the middle of lunch rush. I ordered a pick two. Half a Caesar salad, half cup of onion soup. Special instructions I asked for plastic cutlery. What I received was tepid soup that the cheese was not melted at all, a really dry salad since the dressing sent was not even 1/4 full in the container, no side baguette at all, 3 plastic knives, 2 plastic forks. No spoon to eat cold soup! Yet, they ask for delivery fees AND tip up front. I did tip too! Ridiculous that lunch cost me $20 but wasn't even fit to eat...

This store has had an out of order restroom for almost a month. I like to wash my hands after I use a public kiosk. The manager on duty looked to be lying when I asked to use the restroom and he replied the restroom is out of order. This location is not clean and highly contagious being so close to the hospital and it has lots of un-housed patrons. Please open the restroom so I can wash my hands from all the germs on the door, kiosk, chairs, and counters.
