i got a delivery from here and i never got my food, it says the food was delivered but no one ever came. when i called up to the place no one answered and i called multiple times on two different phones. so no order is getting refunded or remade. this is just absurd.

I come to this Steak and shake regularly. I order through the drive thru. Most of the time Jarrell is at the drive through window. He is very polite and considerate. He always has a pleasant attitude and is very patient. Keep up the great work Jarrell. Management, he deserves acknowledgement and a raise!

Horrible , the food definitely was recooked the fries was so greasy and nasty ? the chesse looked so old I just threw the mess in the trash once I got home the bread was def old I wish I kept it to take pics but never again , the drinks was watered

Fries were beyond soggy the bacon single cheeseburger didn't have bacon. I ordered two combos and it only came with one ice watered down drink instead of two like my receipt clearly states. Will not be ordering from this location Ever Again..
I have lived in the area for 55 years, I can say without a dought that the last 3 times we dined in it was the Best experience in 55 years since it was reopened by others than Steak 'n Shake. Hot ? food and excellent service and cleaning was all Awesome ! Congratulations to them all, they really care!Parking: This is on Bellefontaine Rd. & Dunn Rd ! You won't be disappointed!!!
