The young Indian lady with the bad acne offered no greeting & was dry & unfriendly from start to finish. She was very careful to go very light with veggies & dressing & had a difficult time comprehending that I wanted everything on my sandwich except for their hot vegetables. They only have 2 that I'm aware of so I didn't think it was a difficult request. Regardless kindness will serve you well in life no matter what type of work you do. Sometimes It helps your customers give you passes on the mistakes you make.

I wasn’t greeted when I entered and the black manager with no edges was very rude. She got my bread wrong n when corrected she started making comments like let me hurry up and get done with her. When asked for the owner information she said I am the manager.

Very enjoyable experience. Subway has really stepped their game up as far as menu choices even if the price went up with them LoL. Got the Great Garlic in a salad form with the garlic aioli and it was delicious! Made to perfection by Shonda. The service also was spectacular. I sat inside to eat and the "sandwich artists" attitude never wavered. She was professional and kind throughout every transition. Even remembering orders of the regulars. My opinion may not mean much but give that young lady a raise!Vegetarian options: Fresh veggies

I ordered an online sandwich through the subway app for PICK UP! My son picked it up about 1145am ….I work from home and didn’t look at the sandwich until lunch time about 2pm and realized it had been overly TOASTED/BURNT! I called the number listed online with NO ANSWER or voicemail! I had to use my lunch. Break to go and get a new sandwich so I thought! But because it had been a couple hours they refused to replace my clearly BURNT TUNA SANDWICH! NO NAME called the NO NAME manager WHO SAID I NEEDED TO CONTACT DOORDASH! Wrooooooong! DOORDASH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ORDER! So instead of calling NO NAME MANAGER BACK MS NO NAME WANTED TO FIGHT ? ….no MS NO NAME I DIDNT COME FOR ANY SMOKE OR YOU I CAME TO MAKE A VALID COMPLAINT ABOUT MY BURNT SANDWICH! Calling the police was her only advice ….so she did cause apparently NO NAME FELT THREATENED BECAUSE I DIDNT LET HER JUST SHOO ME AWAY! The police made them give me my money back!!! All you had to do was make me another sandwich! But apparently from the previous reviews yall like to have smoke with your customers lol! Jokes on you! DO BETTER WITH YOUR SERVICE MR AND MS NO NAME! MS NO NAME YOURE RIGHT THIS AINT WHAT I EVER WANT again! You’re rude and so is your manager!!! I DONT WANT BAD SERVICE, I DONT WANT A BURNT SANDWICH, I DONT WANT YOU TO HALF TELL THE STORY TO YOUR MANAGER, I DONT WANT TO BE TOLD IM DOING TOO MUCH BECAUSE I ASKED TO HAVE ONE REMADE! They DON'T except subway coupons for All sandwiches. Didn't even know this was possible, was told my sandwich couldn't be used with my coupon, had to choose a sandwich from a small list they printed. Very Disappointed with the customer service.

Very disappointing, I came in to a woman shouting on her phone on speaker. Not sure the conversation language, but I rule out English or Spanish. She eventually switched to ear Bluetooth, and continued conversation while making my sandwich. She talks loud and missed some things I said, repeating made my order correct, but the experience was ridiculous. 06/13/2023; 2:15 PM.

I’ve ordered online multiple times from here, DONT DO IT. They don’t follow instructions, put whatever they want on your sandwich, and won’t toast it if you ask.
