Food was solid, fresh and delicious. Service was about 15 minutes behind on the carry out order but holiday weekend and they gave me a glass of water while I waited. Having 15 minutes to observe the place it occurred to me that it is thoughtful in design and excellent in the buildouts' execution. Just like the food it is well executed. Would recommend to a friend.

Best around! I brought my daughter in because she loves all sushi and this beats all the restaurants around she says! I didn't think I liked sushi but it's safe to say I'm a regular and proud of it, the fried salmon is delish!!! The rice is amazing and the order is huge it's multiple meals for us!

This little sushi pop-up might be the best sushi in town. It's nestled in Urban Eats alongside some other cool little pop ups. The Sugoi roll is my favorite but all the other rolls I've tried are quite good. The spicy tuna is definitely a bit on the spicy side, so be aware it's got some kick. The owner/chef is kind, friendly, and quick considering it's a one man show! Give it a try, you'll enjoy it.

The chef was extremely friendly and the rolls are SO good. The Spicy Crab Roll was recommended... It did not disappoint! I loved it! There many other mini cafes in this space. I'll be back to try them, too!

Recently moved back to the Lou and they came up on a foodie I follow on IG. AMAZING!!! My only regret is that I didn't get pics - we each took a bite and just kept going! So good!!!

Best sushi I’ve had so far in St Louis. I lived on East coast for 30+ years and am spoiled I guess. I have been having a hard time finding good simple fresh sushi (without cream cheese and mayo sauces-WTH?) fresh sushi does not need weird sauces

THE BEST SUSHI I've had in a while! I'm from Maryland and Hawaii, which has amazing fresh seafood, but this sushi was the best I've had in awhile! Black owned, and yet its in and above the Asian owned and ran sushi places in the area, the state, and even in the country! He knows and understands the flavors and the flavor profiles of sushi so well you WILL be blown away! I WILL be back when I'm in the area again and I look forward to it!
