I went to grab a pick up order on Wednesday March 27, I had had a bad day and the bartender could not have been nicer!!! Her kindness meant more to me than she will ever know. Also the food was phenomenal and the margaritas were excellent will be back for sure!!

This place is a hidden gem! To start off, the chips were so thin and had tajin on them. The salsa was so yummy and fresh! I got the shrimp enchiladas, which were a special that day, and they were the best enchiladas I’ve ever had. My jalapeño margarita was also delicious. Also, the restaurant is cute and chic not like your typical Mexican restaurant atmosphere! Will definitely be back soon!

Great food, amazing service and a family friendly environment! The California Burrito was delicious! To be honest, I was skeptical of having fries in my burrito, but it was the perfect addition. Will definitely be back in the near future.

I am so so happy I stopped in to Sunny's for tacos. This cute, clean and bright spot is such a good find. We tried birria tacos, which were on the special, and carnitas tacos. So delicious!! I have to comment on the friendliest and most attentive staff! You don't get that everywhere.

Best Mexican in the greater St Louis area. We're from California and have not found any real Mexican (only Tex Mex) since we've moved here. Although not your typical Mexican that we're used to, the flavor in the two plates we had at Sunny's was excellent!! The wife tried the tostada stack, which she loved. I had the special burriea (spelling??) plate which was the most flavorful taco I've ever had. We also tried the margarita flight, which allowed us to taste 5 of their specialty margs. My favorite was the jalapeños marg. The wife loved the Cadillac . All 5 were very good. This is definitely a place we'll bring our kids back for happy hour!!

Due to location, street parking is very limited if you want to park near the restaurant. The restaurant has two entrances as well (one on Kraft Street and one on Manchester Avenue). I really wish they had a parking lot for diners. If you can't find parking, don't go up too far on Kraft Street as it's a residential street with lots of one way streets. When you come in, there is a hostess stand right up front and the bar is to your immediate right. There is a variety of seating (high chairs, standard tables and barstools). As with any Mexican/Tex-Mex spot, they start you off with chips and salsa. Their chips have SEASONING! It's seasoning you can see and taste and it's served with very fresh tomato heavy salsa. I had a Strawberry Margatini which is a really good cocktail. Since it was my family's first time there, they were unsure of what they wanted at first. Our waitress was very great about giving recommendations and notifying us of any modifcations that can be made. When our food arrived, it was hot, fresh and very light. You won't leave feeling bogged down with carbs even after eating the chips and salsa. They have plenty of hot sauce choices and the white queso is to die for! And although it's been my third time here, I cannot express enough gratitude to how attentive EVERY member of the staff is here. Make sure to keep your receipt as they have 15% off your purchase at Felix's Pizza in Dogtown, thier sister company!
