Easily the best Taco Bell in the STL area and its not close. The staff work very hard and are nice. The food is always warm, high quality, and well-portioned. I often add several modifications and they always get it right. Furthermore, and this is huge for me, their dining room is always open during daytime hours unlike most locations in the area! I always order on the app for in-store pickup so my food is ready when I get there and I can avoid a line. It is so incredibly annoying to order online and show up to a different location only to walk up to a locked door and then wait in a drive thru line forever for my food that is sitting inside getting cold - never have that problem here - highly highly recommend.

I've always had a great experience here. Workers are fast and dare I say friendly. They haven't screwed up any of my orders yet which frankly puts them in the upper echelon of fast food in St. Louis in my book. My last order even included a note with a phone number saying to call if they got anything wrong with the order - that's a really nice touch.

This taco bell is a hit and miss. You can have good staff and get your food, or most of the time, not get half your order and argue to get it. I suggest when you go by to see how the parking lot looks( all spots full and cars just anywhere) and just skip it that day. Trust me it will save you a headache.

Every time I come here, I get cheerful service. It's also one of the few fast food places in my area that get my order right consistently.

My expectations aren't overly high, given it's taco bell and a late night guilty pleasure when not a lot else is open. However, my pet peeve is when a place with posted hours closes early, tells you they're closed. When I said, I thought you closed at 3, they said, we're closed for cleaning. I'd like to leave my work early too, but I'm a professional & stay until the end and don't lie to customers and make up excuses because I want to go home.I tried to give them a chance to serve me by reminding them they are still open by their hours, but were more interested in their own self-interests.I'm sure I'll be back, but this stuff pisses me off no end.

The food quality (protein amounts) have gone down. Still nice to have unlimited fountain sodas though I guess. The new kiosk ordering system is simple and easy to use. Seems like it makes getting your order faster a little easier. UPDATE: 01/2024- The food quality and portion sizes are much much better! I got super full from eating a beef burrito, a chicken quesadilla! To top it off for a little dessert, I chose the cinnamon twists and they were deeeelish! Only thing I'd like to see different is, since they serve Pepsi products, is getting the grape Mountain Dew and/or the blue Voltage MD with ginseng root. All of the employees were really nice, and professional, including the manager. I appreciate the hospitality, good customer service skills, and bring treated like a human being when I go out to eat, and THIS TACO BELL DID IT ALL!!!¡Mucho Gracias mi Amigos!??????????Vegetarian options: AvailableParking: Approximately 10 spots with wheelchair accessible spots up front by the entrance doors.Kid-friendliness: For sure! ?????Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces, entrance, and restrooms

This place is filled with people having attitudes. Either find a job that dont have you upset at customers or close this whole location down

Seriously the slowest Taco Bell on earth. These businesses are operationally streamlined to the Nth degree… Why are some slow as molasses and others swift? The employees, that’s why lol I’ve waited 20 mins for my food and still don’t have it.
