If I could leave a zero, I would. I tried going to this Taco Bell after another one was out of beef. We waited in this drive-thru for 5+ minutes, no one ever came on. When we drove by to leave, ALL the employees were just standing in the front. I don’t mind having a good time at work but, seriously? 0/5.

Came here when they had the nacho fry pass going on. Just wanted my daily fries, and the ones they gave me were so cold, stale, and dry, it was like they scraped em out from underneath the grill. Have not returned since and never will.

Rude and messed up my whole order and then wouldn’t give me a water. Didn’t want to give me a refund either. This was at 12 today. The one girl wanted me to prove that I paid for my food when I just wanted a refund for the drink she messed up. Then proceeded to talk bad about me as I pulled away.

I stopped coming to this Taco Bell about 12-18 months ago due to poor service. Today I thought I would give them another shot and see if they've improved any. Mistake. Of the three items I ordered, two were prepared incorrectly. One item was soggy and had meat and cheese caked all over the outside of the tortilla. Waste of time. Waste of money. As others have said, they clearly prioritize the drive-thru. There were also no napkins available in the lobby. Mind you, my visit was during a very slow time. There were only two cars in the drive-thru when I stepped into the empty lobby. How they could still screw up my order is truly telling. Save yourself the pain and go elsewhere.

This location only cares about drive thru. They refuse to acknowledge people in the lobby. You have to put in your own order at a kiosk and then cross your fingers you get your order in 20mins.

This is the most horrible taco Bell there is they scream and use profanity while your at the drive through. They make you get out of line and wait around the building and it takes them like 15 minutes to make an order with 2 things and no one else at the restaurant inside or through the drive through ! This is a repeated issue and the Manger doesn't give a ****. His name is Scott and he told me go elsewhere if I didn't like it they didn't need my bussiness.

Do not come here. The food is so cold, the orders are wrong, and the customer service is awful. I was ordering through the drive through, and there was an employee yelling and swearing A LOT of slurs I could hear on the mic. I don’t even see how they’re still open. This is not the first time this has happened.

Yesterday we ate here and had a great experience! The food was brought out quickly, and was made how it should be made. When the staff wasn't taken care of customers, they were cleaning and sweeping and we're very friendly. ?

Website say open at 8am but I was told it open at 10am . Please change the time to the right time oh and don’t take a DoorDash order if it’s not open yet . Thanks !
