I LOVEEEEEEEEE THIS RESTAURANT. The food was SOOOOOOO freaking amazing!!! Staff was super helpful and kind. If you have time please check out their WASHU location as well as their Earthbound location, very superior!

WashU employees are extremely rude and uncompromising. The policy of throwing out orders 20 minutes after they're order makes absolutely no sense for a college campus, with students ordering online and constantly on the go. ridiculously overpriced and throwing out orders so soon after their order, combined with workers who are hostile towards students gives this place my one-star review. workers need more training and better qualifications. please do better

We were in town for business and this place was recommended by a friend. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners Darren and Charlene and they are awesome! We ordered spicy longanisa (Philippine sausage) and pumuputok na Manok (bbq chicken wings) with garlic fried rice and we could tell right away the love that they put into their food because it came out in the flavor. My only regret is that we’re from Chicago and it’ll take a minute for us to get back there but we’ll see you soon!

This food stop is a MUST if you are shopping or drinking on Cherokee. The food was amazing. I had the Pork Steak with an added egg on my rice and it was delicious. The cabbage and chips were great too. Nice place, nice people. I’ll be back!

The food was beyond delicious, each dish bursting with authentic flavors that truly showcased the essence of community. From start to finish, it was a celebration to remember. I had a sauce from this place in my home for a year. It was great to go to the restaurant that is the maker of the sauce. I enjoyed eating our food Kamayan style. The food was very flavorful from the meats to the vegetables. It was an enjoyable and tasteful experience for sure. I can't wait to come back with my family!

The establishment offers a limited yet delectable menu. The quality and flavors are exceptional. Their interpretation of Filipino fusion artfully combines American and Filipino influences. They offer a variety of regional beers. The chef, a culinary genius, took the time to personally interact with us. His wife, the co-owner, is equally charming. I highly recommend experiencing this establishment.

Absolutely phenomenal food, an instant St Louis classic. I had the chicken toulog, longinissa sausage (perfect spice level) and ube ice cream.. deeply delicious food with super fresh sides and friendly people. If you've never been, you must do it and if you're already been, then you already know :)

Exactly what you want to find inside a brewery. Absolutely delicious food, not some sub par offering to keep you from leaving before having another round. I was actually just looking for something different to eat, but ended up having a beer while I waited. Which was also excellent and they have size options. That was even better, as my food was ready quickly. I'd ordered the smaller size beer option and didn't have to down half a glass of beer just to get home while my food was still warm. The service there is friendly and knowledgeable, but from Fattened Calf and the brewery. It's got a nice but laid back atmosphere and is a place you can go with your buddies or kids and family. The food is unique and I'll definitely go back to try other things. The BBQ ribs are delicious and the sides were awesome as well.

This is a cool spot for Filipino food. It is located inside the Earthbound Beer shop. I ordered the chicken BBQ with a side of spicy pork sausage. The chicken BBQ is a fusion, based on the taste when I tried it. It's like the version of the chef's idea of what a good Filipino BBQ is. On the other hand, the pork sausage was almost similar to what I was used to growing up. It was delicious and a perfect match with the rice alone. This place has a vibe, especially when you can order beer, enjoy your meal, and lounge in the dining area (it is spacious inside). Check out this place if you want another Filipino restaurant while in STL!

This food is amazing! The menu is limited each day so they focus on the best of what they can source locally. The brewery is a great location for a social meal.

The food is great here! I had the Pork Sausage plate and the Eggplant plate which both came with some pickled cabbage and rice. I never knew eggplant could be prepared to be so juicy and have such nice flavor and texture. The vibe inside the brewery was also very good.Thank you Fattened Caf!!

I had an amazing experience here the other day. I was greeted by the friendly owner Darren and he recommended the wing plate with a side of the pork longanisa sausage. Kid you not, the best wings I have ever had. The ambiance was chill and low key. Friends having some drinks from the bar that is attached and it seemed like everyone was relaxing and having a good time. Best kept secret of St. Louis. I'll be dreaming of those wings until I come back to STL! Thank you Fattened Calf!
