We got the breakfast burrito, the mushroom and spinach hash and a refill coffee. The coffee my wife said was delicious. The hash was ordered without pesto but it came with pesto, so we got to try both, I preferred it without, she preferred it with. If you love pesto get it, otherwise if you want to taste the other ingredients order without the pesto. The breakfast burrito was ok but nothing special, the vegan chili seems more like a chipotle sauce then a chili.

I hadn't been to the Mud House in a while before today's visit. All was as I remembered. The food is prepared fresh to order and delicious! Even with the Cinco de Mayo festivities happening, service was prompt at tableside ( for eat-in customers), and there appeared to be smooth transitions with to-go orders. There was definitely a calm, community vibe to the atmosphere. I won't wait so long to return.

Overall an enjoyable place to have breakfast or lunch or brunchhhh. The vibes were on point and the food/coffee were quite tasty. The prices were fair. I’ll surely be back for a casual brunch in the future.

This was my first time coming here! I ordered the mushroom and spinach hash with their oat milk horchata cold brew and both were phenomenal! The cost was right around $23 in total which is about what you’d spend at a Denny’s except SO much more worth it! The food was very flavorful and beautifully presented, the coffee was refreshing, and the staff were very kind and service was fast. Not to mention the cozy atmosphere this little cafe brings! I can’t wait to come back and bring some friends along!

The food at this place is incredible. I got the sammich. They also do really good portions here as well. Seating is kind of limited. But would also highly recommend their coffee. Their service is pretty fast as well.

So I used to live next door to this place.I had a fiance who was up to no good and pocketing the rent. When our antique row fairy tale ended they bought our building and expected me to pay some undisclosed amount of back rent (pay the rent again sucker! Yeah.sure.)instead of communicating what was going on from the beginning.I now still am unsure what I supposedly owe or how it affected my credit but I basically can't rent anywhere.Fun stuff.Anyway the hipster staff is snarky snobby and rude, but its comical to observe and that absolutely is part of its charm. Its a show.100% The coffee is THE BEST coffee I have ever had.I don't know what it is about it but man...it is VERY good.Amazing.The food is also amazing. Its an adorable place.I am embarassed to go there though I should simply be pturbed but yeah.I never have the money to go out for fancy coffee anyway but yeah...its good.Very good.

Mediocre at best. We were just passing through and ordered takeout for breakfast. The avocado toast had maybe 1-2 slices of avocado spread very, very thinly across 2 thick pieces of dry bread. The arugula, pickled onions and radishes were great. The sunny eggs were cooked well, but they put them on a piece of red and white checkered paper and there was red dye all over them. I orders extra crispy turkey bacon, which was super soggy and not anywhere close to crispy. My husband got the waffle which was mediocre - not awful, but not really good either. I wouldn't eat here again, especially for the price.

I am a bit of an Iced Mocha hunter. Weekend disc golf trips to towns all over the Midwest means I've tried lots of Iced Mocha and the one at Mud House is probably in the Top 3 of what I've had in terms of consistency and the flavor. Not too much Mocha flavor, excellent latte with whole milk. Hits the spot. Also, the Bacon Cheddar Scone is amazing. My wife is going to try and reverse engineer it so I can them at home sometime since they sell out.Side note. Most of the bake goods sell out on Saturdays by 11am.Best Iced Mocha I've had is at Camp4Coffee in Crested Butte Colorado.
