Used the upstairs space for a recent party. Space was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Food on floor and crumbs all over the sticky chairs. Buffet area also not cleaned or prepared and our food was simply placed on top of a dirty bar. Had to sweep the floors myself.Speaker system did not work properly so music could not be heard what so ever until most guests had left.Communication with owner is a nightmare. Responds eventually but doesn’t really answer your questions and responses incredibly unclear. Had to ask probably 10 times for bill to be corrected as the venue fee was very clearly listed twice and no one obviously proof read the bill before sending. Catering menu prices also unclear and still pretty unclear once you clarify. No communication with staff was obvious, food was being served 30 minutes earlier than I was told. Out of sauces etc.Unfortunately difficult to get anyone to respond to your emails and messages in planning an event so this was best option, but if you like things planned and clear, or get stressed out easily would not recommend.Bar tender was lovely and the food tasty. 2 stars for service bc there was none other than one bar tender. So staff obviously knows what they are doing but owner not so much.

Even though this team was going non-stop all day, they were kind and friendly the entire time. We saw them over and over while working the parade and were greeted as a friend each time. I will be back for sure! Also the best breakfast sandwiches around!!Dietary restrictions: I have an egg allergy and they were kind enough to make my breakfast without egg.

We want to support this restaurant, especially Thursday’s trivia night but the food is not close to being acceptable. Last week the fried fish wasn’t fully cooked, one burger was raw and cold and the boiled egg on the salad was old. Please slow down and work on your food quality or it’s time to move on.

The pub was ok, our server had too many tables to handle. She didn't get help until right before we decided to leave and watch the soccer match somewhere else. My drink was great, my dinner was just ok.

i'd give it zero stars if i could. this place is terrible since the new ownership. they've let many go and the rest quit. the hours here are incorrect, they stop serving dinner at 7-8pm. it's unbelievable!!

Best Irish Bar in St. Louis. Guinness, Smithwick’s and Jameson. Great atmosphere and a long line of passionate owners. Highly recommend when in Dogtown.

Pats is by far one of the worse bars I have been to in to by far. It used to be great, but since new ownership it has gone way down hill. The only reason I continued to go there was because of a couple staff members who always went above beyond but has since let go. Do not go to this establishment. What a let down.

Would absolutely recommend this place. The honey buffalo chicken wings are amazing. The fried chicken dinner is to die for. It's all around amazing. Workers are kind and great.

Each visit to Pat Connolly is a delight. I took my mom for the first time on a Sunday and she enjoyed the food and cozy ambiance. Everything has always been delicious and while I don't often order drinks, their Irish coffee is 10/10. I am a big fan of Irish music too and am so glad to have a spot nearby to listen to it live! Stop on by if you're in the area.

I won't go back. Went around 8:30 on a Saturday night. Great live music, lots of people in the place. I ate one toasted rav, half of the fries, and a half of a beer. I went to the bathroom midway through eating, and came back to my table being bussed. Food was gone. Beer was gone.
