I don't like leaving negative reviews but I was served a disgusting, incorrect sandwich and when I called in to get a refund, they hung up on me. The sandwich was some sort of breakfast torta (I ordered a cubano torta) with hot dogs and eggs and literally spoiled rotten avocado. I immediately called to see if I could get the problem fixed, asking for a refund specifically. They argued with me about what I ordered and then hung up on me. Avoid.

They gave me a beef soup ? (a combination of old vegetables with a bad smell with a little new cilantro and meat that was still lacking cooking), I told the waiter with all respect and education, but I took it badly and he told me that it was a different soup made by “Oaxacans” I have eaten Mexican soup and I had always been satisfied ? this time it wasn't like that. The Food was Horrible... They add Gratuity to everyone. I asked the waiter why if its just two ppl and He said " You people don't Tip" The Fries Cheese sauce was Watered down. The Burritos Tacos were dry and The waiter was kind of rushing us. We ordered 2 orders of fries, 1 order of Burrio tacos and 1 Drink. It came up to $76. They told us the menu prices changed( They were written in). DO NOT GO THERE

They are rude have no respect for no when I asked for guacamole and cheese for my meal and they had brought out before I get my tacos and they never brought out they over charge me the fine the manger was rude as well

Food was pretty good. However, I recently tried to order through GrubHub. The order was accepted and my payment went through, however when I got to the restraunt they said they were no longer accepting Grubhub orders. I was not offered a solution or even a chance to reorder the food while there. If they are no longer going to accept certain apps than they should ensure they do it correctly so this doesn't happen to other people.

Apparently under new ownership. Not a fan. I ordered on via storefront on DoorDash (the app they use for online orders). I walked in early to pick up the order & the young man at the counter re-ordered my food & then asked me to pay for it. I explained that I had ordered online & paid but he insisted I pay him as his older co-worker lingered menacingly in the doorway to the kitchen. I paid AGAIN & came back to work to look up my receipt. I called the restaurant & was told that my order was ready, they were very busy & I could come pick it up. When I tried to explain they hung up on me. Whoops! Never again Taco & Ice Cream Joint. Too bad. I loved the Mangonada.

Me and my friend went here a few days ago, food was very good but our waiter forgot about us for about 30 minutes while we were waiting for him to come and take our cards to pay. me and my friend also ended up getting food poisoning the next day with excruciating stomach pains. it was definitely a cross contamination type situation. Not to mention the prices on the menu were completely different from what they charged me on my reciept and still had to pay fees. I definitely won't be coming back and wasn't impressed with my service.

I appreciate that Dashers are required to enter special code from printed receipt upon pickup, greatly reducing the possibility of Dasher thefts from this restaurant.
