Food and service was amazing. We still just sad that we had to restart the simulator multiple times. Not a good experience for a client of mine. I’m surprised top golf would allow such a system to be ran under their name.

It was fun because we are fun but overall would never come back. Service was not available, game didnt really work and you run it on your own. I was called 6 times to confirm my registration after having to cal 5 times to get someone who knew what they were doing to reserve it. No better than your typical at home golf

Our experience today was awesome. The check in process was easy and the service by Courtney was the best! We were in Bay 108 and had a great time! Thanks Courtney!

Great idea, however not executed well. We went on a Friday night and they had no idea we had made a reservation in the first place and it felt like they didn't have staff for the service. The staff that did finally show up was very nice and pleasant! The suite was beautiful and clean. There was no music playing at first so it had no vibe to it. It could be great and fun if they staffed it properly and created a fun environment. Especially on a weekend night.

Haven't been here yet. Want to book a table but it seems like every day from now till the end of October is booked. How do I book a table? Is it that hard to get reservations?

The food was just regular bar food. No issues with the duck fries and wings. Several of our balls kicked and thrown weren't even registering. But it was ok for a quick simple date nite because we know how to make our own fun.

Very nice experience. Top level staff and amenities. If you're looking to bring a group of people for a good evening, this is a great spot for a private event.

Brought these girls a year ago for my daughter's bday... this year, we celebrated all 3 girls since they are within a month apart. I've, also, come here with family and friends. It's a consistent good time with good food and great service!

We celebrated my sister 40th birthday. We had a good time. The guy that was our waiter/ bartender was exceptional! I wish I could remember his name, I do know he's from Chicago LOL. Highly recommend. Will be back.

The service is great but the machine itself is horrible you spend most of the time you pay for asking them to fix the machine for you

This was a fun and different experience for my husband's Birthday. We were a little disappointed because even though we had a reservation, we had to wait almost 30 min after our reserved time to get someone to unlock the room. There were also technical difficulties with the simulator. Our server did only charge us for half the time which seemed fair.

First time we tried to book it they accepted reservation then called a few hours before to say it was already booked for event. Next time we booked it no one was working at the suite. We waited for 15 minutes then went to see hotel staff. They first told me someone was there (they were not) then that someone would come by. After another 30 minutes waiting we left and went back to room. Really disappointed

Fun for small groups or work functions. Valet parking outside is the way to go for $10+tip. Head up to the 8th floor and check in at the restaurant. The website said that this came with a menu from Cinder House, the restaurant next door, but it does not. The menu is a top golf specific menu consisting of bar food like burgers and chicken strips. We originally booked for 2 hours but ended up ordering cocktails, playing for 1 hour then going to eat in the restaurant instead. The games were decent, somewhat glitchy, but fun. The best of the group were the top golf target games. The whole feel of the room was great and very chill. We were the only ones in the room but the room is split into 2 sections with only a curtain in between, so someone else could've separately booked that side. Booking was harder than it needed to be. OpenTable specifically stated to book multiple hours separately, but when you tried to book hour 2, it threw an error saying you already booked within 2 hours. We just used 2 emails to book and the hotel called later and I was able to clarify what we wanted, so it worked out in the end...just overcomplicated for no reason. Overall it was a fun time and good experience. Highly recommend it for a small group or work function.

Drew was a wonderful host - very informative, friendly, and the right amount of attentive. We were beyond impressed with the comfort of the lounge and the functionality and options on the game. Will definitely return!
